I tried to be perfect and lost myself completely | SuperMom Spotlight| Sufiya Farhat| Riddhi Deorah

In this testimonial-style presentation, Sufiya Farhat recounts her struggle with perfectionism and overwhelm while trying to be a perfect mother, wife, and daughter‑in‑law during the COVID era, especially after giving birth to her younger son. Feeling helpless, she turned to a short social‑media reel by mentor Riddhi Deorah that emphasized working on oneself before trying to fix children. This insight led her to join the EPH (Empowered Parenting Hub) masterclass, first as a Gold member and later as a Platinum member. Through the program she became a committed learner, earned certifications as a parenting and life coach, and launched her own courses and a community called the Motherhood Transformation Hub. Over 1.5 years she built an Instagram presence, created Silver and Gold membership tiers, and secured six coaching clients, including an upgrade from a Silver to Gold member. Sufiya shares three "power pills" she lives by: choose yourself first, prioritize progress over perfection, and invest in yourself. She repeatedly thanks Riddhi for restoring her confidence and guiding her transformation, emphasizing that personal growth leads to better family dynamics. The talk ends with an empowering call for mothers not to give up on themselves.

I was trying to be a perfect mother, a perfect wife, and a perfect daughter-in-law all at the same time. Somewhere in this fulfilling so many responsibilities, I had forgot who Sufiya was. During COVID I gave birth to my younger son. That was the most challenging time for me and emotionally very challenging time of my life. I reached a point where I was completely feeling helpless. I sat, I cried, and asked Allah for help. And one line stopped me, that was, when you work more on yourself you have to work less on your children. That one line shifted something in me. No matter how difficult the situations are, no matter how personal difficulties hit you, no matter what, I will never give up. 3 years ago, if someone had told me I would be standing here, standing on a stage like this, sharing my story with hundreds of mothers, I would have smiled and said, that's impossible. Because 3 years ago, I wasn't confident. I wasn't leading mothers. In fact, I was struggling to lead myself. Good morning, everyone.
Good morning.
My name is Sufiya Farhat, and today I am going to share with you how one decision helped me to regain myself again and a purpose that is so bigger which I never imagined. Now I want to share with you how was my life before EPH. I was lost. I was trying to be a perfect mother, a perfect wife, and a perfect daughter-in-law all at the same time. Somewhere in this fulfilling so many responsibilities, I had forgot who Sufiya was. I was feeling completely lost. lost. I had lost my confidence, and I can say I was just leaving. I was not just— sorry, I was just surviving. I was not living my life. During COVID I gave birth to my younger son. That was the most challenging time for me, and emotionally very challenging time of my life. Soon after that, I was taking care of 2 young children with so much of pressure, so much of stress, and so much of emotional pain inside me. Then came Ramzan. I reached a point where I was completely feeling helpless. I sat, I cried, and asked Allah for help. Then after Eid, something happened that changed my life. One reel. Yes, I came across one reel from Riddhi ma'am, and one line stopped me. That was, when you work more on yourself, you have to work less on your children. That one line shifted something in me. That was the time I realized that my children were never the problem. I was the one who needed the support. I was the one who needed to heal, learn, and grow. Then what? I joined the masterclass, and even before the masterclass ended, I had made my decision. I joined EPH. So what happened after joining? I learned. I became a committed learner. I learned, I took notes, implemented, and trusted the process. Gold membership was a turning point in my life. I saw a beautiful shift, not just in myself, in my children, my family, and my relationships. My life completely changed. But let me tell you one thing, it didn't change Just overnight, my circumstances didn't change overnight. I changed. I changed the way I connected, communicated, and responded to the people around me changed. So then what happened was I was so much happy, and this again. Got me to a question. If Gold membership can bring such great transformation, what can Platinum do for me? What more can I learn from Platinum? And what if I myself became a parenting coach and helping mothers? That became my purpose because I truly believe this thing that was very deep realization That when my life can transform, every mother deserves that support and guidance. And yes, thank you. I made a decision of joining Platinum. You all must relate maybe. Right? Once you join Platinum, there is the next level of transformation. So this is what the transformation is. In just, in just 4 months, I became a certified parenting coach. A certified life coach. And yes, I was so happy, so grateful, and so very much excited. I just went and shared my certificates on WhatsApp. Soon after that, one of the mothers messaged me that she needed support, and she became my first client.
Thank you.
After that, there was a gap of 1.5 years because I was playing multiple roles in my personal life. But I didn't stop. I didn't stop there. I was working. I was building my Instagram presence. I was building my level 1 silver membership. I recorded the courses, I uploaded them, and I did a lot of one-to-one sessions. But here is something I want all of you to know: never stop. That is what I did. I know sometimes progress is slow, as it happened in my case, but it will surely come. Because after building, I, in the background, I was building my business step by step, one at a time. Now, what happened is all that work, what I did in the background paid back. Now I am so grateful that I have 6 clients.
Wow.
Thank you. And here is one more thing. I created my Gold Membership Level 2, and recently one of my Silver Membership mother upgraded to gold. That upgrade was not just an upgrade for me, it's a trust. It is something which I believe in, is when you keep going, when you are doing your work, you are showing up every day, Progress, success, growth will follow you. So I want to share one major breakthrough is that never give up. I promised myself I will never give up, no matter how difficult the situations are, no matter how personal, difficulties hit you, no matter what, I will never give up. It's okay to slow down, it's okay to rest, but it's not okay to give up. Moms, never give up on yourselves. So, the 3 power pills that I want to share with you today Is first one, choose yourself first. It is so important to choose ourselves first. Learn and keep growing. Don't stop. The most important one is progress over perfection. This is something which I have experienced myself. I was someone who was too much into perfection. Thanks to Riddhi ma'am that I came out of this vicious circle of being perfect. Now what matters for me is my progress, not my perfection. This is what is so important. Last but not the least, I feel this is the most, most important one: invest in yourself. That one decision of investing in myself Today, with so much of gratitude, I'm here. Make decisions of investing in yourself, in your learning, and in your growth. With that, I would— before I conclude, I want to share with you all 3 things that I love about Riddhi ma'am. First one, she's always bring the focus back to the mother. That one line which changed my life was, work more on yourself and less on your children. And the work I did on myself, I'm here. So when you work on yourself, you see a huge transformation in your lives, in your child's in your family's life. Second one is, she helps mothers believe in themselves again. This is so, so true. There was time when I had lost my confidence. I had lost everything, happiness, everything. But she was the one who gave me confidence. She was the one who believed in me and she was the one who showed me a path which I had never ever imagined in my life. So thank you, ma'am, for this. This is the most important one. Of course, everything is— she transforms healing into purpose. So I joined EP Head just because I wanted to heal, but I never ever thought that this kind of transformation can happen in my life. I'm sure this happens in every mother's life when you surrender yourself with faith to your mentor. I joined EPH because, of course, I already shared I had so much going in my life, but I never thought that I would become a parenting coach, I would be having my own community. I had never thought all these things, but it came possible because Of Riddhi ma'am. Thank you, Riddhi ma'am. I can't thank you enough. Three things I like about EPH is transformation beyond parenting. It is not just helping you to learn parenting. There is lots apart from parenting. Your lives are being transformed here. Continuous learning and growth, right? Every every course, every membership, every opportunity. I learnt so many new skills. Discovering your purpose. I discovered my purpose. Before EPH, I had no idea what is a parenting coach, and today I myself am a parenting coach. So now when I look back, I see a mother who felt anxious, overwhelmed, And today, I stand here as a parenting coach, as a mother, as a life coach, and the founder of Motherhood Transformation Hub. So, before I conclude, One last time, I want to thank Riddhi ma'am. Thank you so much, because without you, Sofia is— I had really prepared that I shouldn't get, you know, emotional on this stage, because trust me, she came into my life when I needed the guidance most. She came into my life when I needed healing, when I needed support. And it was the most darkest phase of my life. I can't thank you enough. Deep, deep gratitude to you. And every single mother here, one last message I have is, please don't give up on yourselves.
Yes.
And— Invest your— in yourself, invest in your learning, and that's how you grow. Thank you so much. Thank you, each one of you. Thank you. Thank you.
Wow, how many of you think this was amazing? And what was the strongest message? Okay, so let's all shout out and say, Sufia, we will never give up!
Thank you.
Once more, we can do better than this.
Thank you.
Amazing.
Thank you so, so much, ma'am.
Thank you.
