Leaving the blame zone, my journey into growth | Supermom Spotlight Sayali | Riddhi Deorah

The recording captures a live Easy Parenting Hub (EPH) community call hosted by Kanak, featuring Sayali (also spelled Saili) Kushel as the Supermom Spotlight. Sayali shares a candid narrative of personal setbacks—including repeated failures in the CA exams, the loss of her father, grandmother, and the challenges of early motherhood—that left her in a "blame" mindset. A turning point arrived when she saw Riddhi Ma’am’s Instagram post, prompting her to join EPH directly at the Platinum level. Through EPH’s structured programs she progressed rapidly: Platinum → Elite → Super Leader → Captain → Super Coach, earning certifications as a parenting and life coach, launching a digital school, an app, webinars, and one‑on‑one coaching. She highlights measurable wins such as a viral reel (360,000+ views) and follower growth, and reflects on deeper personal transformations—greater self‑love, confidence, healthier boundaries, and an improved relationship with her daughter. Sayali also praises the EPH community’s diversity, relatability, and momentum, and extols Riddhi Ma’am’s clarity, dedication, and belief in members. The session concludes with gratitude, peer acknowledgments, and a call for participants to share takeaways.

Hello gorgeous mothers! If you can hear me and see me clear, please put yes in the chat box. I can see Saily widely smiling. Okay, I am Kanak, uh, and I'm a part of the Easy Parenting Hub team for 5 years now. I'll just not take a lot of your time because today's Saili's day to shine. So this is my favorite call. We call it a Supermom Spotlight call. In this call, one of our very own Supercoach, her name is Saili Kushel. She will be sharing her journey with you guys. So I just know a small bit about her that she directly jumped into Platinum. That is the first thing. She had no idea about the Gold membership, nothing. She directly jumped into Platinum and then she took Platinum Elite. And you know, she's a tax consultant. She is also, you know, working full-time. But again, she's a super coach helping all the mothers, all of you, you know, with your queries, with your doubts. I, you know, I tend to actually call her and disturb her a lot that, you know, Sai Li, this happened, I need your help. So she's always there to help me. So I mean, she's a wonderful person and her story is extremely, extremely inspiring. In our recent, you know, Bombay meetup, she was also a host and she did a phenomenal job there as well. So I mean, over to you, Saili. Today is your day. Share your journey, inspire, and yeah, I mean, I love you and thank you, Kanat, for introducing me so sweetly.
I love you, and I'm super excited to share my journey with you. And I was actually not aware that, like, I would get a chance so soon to be on the spotlight. I thought I wanted to achieve something more. So I thank Riddhi Ma'am for this beautiful opportunity, and I will try my level best to share my journey with you. I have a presentation ready, so I think I need to— not able to send a request. Can I now?
You can share your screen. I've given you the rights.
Yeah, is the screen visible?
Yes, I leave you to proceed.
Yes, yes.
Yeah, thank you so much. Thank you so much. So my journey started from being a blaming person. So that is why I have even chosen that topic, you know, like That is my title, Leaving the Blame Zone, to my journey into the growth. So how did I grow? For that, I would like to share with you my, uh, backstory. So basically, before joining EPH, I had a life which looked perfect on the outside. I had all the support, everything. I was happily married, I had a happy childhood, I was like the class topper, all-rounder, best student, everything. But in the year 2015, I actually faced my first failure in life, that is CA finals. I was not able to crack it even once. I tried multiple times, it was not happening, and it shattered my confidence like anything. And I was newly married, so you can just imagine what kind of pressure I was feeling. Like, even though everyone was being supportive, yet from the inside I was like, my world was falling apart. And after that, in 2019, my father passed away, and it was due to cancer. And within a fraction of like a few days, we just lost him to cancer. It was last-stage cancer, and we weren't aware of it for the longest period of time. And it was like another huge incident in my life, which again made me a lot of, you know, made me rethink everything. Like, should I live? That was also one of the questions that I had at that time. And then in March 2020, I was pregnant, and again in COVID, I lost my Nani in September 2020. Another pillar of strength was gone, and everything was feeling like very— like, I'm not able to express it right now, but that time I was 9 months pregnant and I had lost my Nani, so She was the world to me, so it was really shattering. The world was shattering. That is the exact word. And then my daughter was born in October 2020. She was like the ray of hope. She was the one thing happy that had happened in a long, long time. And how did I react to that? Initially, I used to smile during the day. But at night, I used to cry because I was missing my father, my nani, and of course, I had this guilt of not passing my CA finals because it was my father's dream. I was not in my senses back then, and this started manifesting into my health, into my behavior. I started complaining, I started blaming. I used to just feel like a person who was always complaining. You know, people had to walk on eggshells to talk to me, and that was not something which I wanted because I was a very different person, and I had converted into something totally different, someone totally different. And that really was making me sad. Then years went by and my daughter was now 3 years old, and then again that time I realized that why am I snapping at her all the time? She deserves a better mom, she deserves a better me, and that is when I decided that I need to take charge. It was 16th of April. I remember exactly the day when it happened. I was actually on the verge of, you know, crying and quitting my consultancy, everything. And my mother, my husband, they were there to support me, you know. They were there like, they were there, we are here for you, don't worry, don't worry, money is not the issue. But for a person who has been working for more than 8-9 years, it is really difficult to take that decision. And that day in the evening, I was doom-scrolling on Instagram, and I, and I saw Riddhi Ma'am. I never knew her, nothing, but I saw her and it was a ray of hope. Once again another ray of hope that I can do something for myself. And it really felt like a calling to me, and I was the first person to register. I was the first person to pay the deposit, and I joined Platinum directly. I took charge of my life, and I didn't ask anyone, you you know, I was always the good girl taking permission for every little step that I took. But I didn't seek any approval this time, and I just took the decision, and I called up my husband and I told him that soon I'm going to be a parenting coach. He was so happy because just that day in the afternoon I had cried in front of him, and in the evening when he saw me laughing and smiling. He was truly elated, and he said, this is like the best decision that you have ever taken, and you should just go with it. And then I started attending all the live calls. Then the Platinum Elite Showcase again happened in November 2024, and I became an Elite member. It was such a beautiful thing for me because becoming an Elite member, I knew that I was not going back to my earlier self anymore, and it felt like a liberation. And once I became an Elite mother, I started taking action. I watched the courses, and in one of the calls, Ma'am said that you have learned a lot. She addressed it to everyone. She said, you are— you have learned a lot. Now it is time for you to take action. How many of you were in the call, in the Tag Mango call? Give me a me in the chat box. Yeah, so ma'am helped me launch the digital school. I was not prepared at all. I was like, I didn't have anything, I didn't have anything to offer. Yet just because ma'am said I did it. I launched my digital school. I purchased my, uh, what we say, the domain. Everything was there. I optimized my social media, everything. I just did it just because ma'am said. And then soon one of our EPH mothers pushed me to be a leader. Shraddha, are you here? Shraddha Agrawal, if you're here, so thank you because you pushed me to be a leader. And, uh, then when I came into leadership, everything changed because now I was a leader. Hi, Shraddha. So when I became a leader, I had to live by example. So I started taking action and I started connecting with mothers Then I finished watching the courses. I got certified as a parenting coach and life coach at the Delhi event. Everything was going by so fast. In July 2025, in that round, I was promoted as a Super Leader. In the next round, I was the Captain, and in the next round, I was the Super Coach. So it went by so fast. So 2025 was like my year. And I really love to say that because for the first time in my life I had achieved something, and I was the happiest in 2025. Now, how my life shifted. So this was about the leadership journey, and because of the leadership journey, basically my life shifted like anything. I started to like love myself without any guilt. Earlier I used to feel guilty of even getting ready, and now I just take my time. I get ready for nice 10-15 minutes every day, and you know, I look my best every day. And that is because of the missions. And when we are addressing a bunch of mothers, it becomes, you know, like a habit that, okay, I am a leader, I need to look good. So that is how I started, like, leadership helped me in inculcating the habit of self-love. And, uh, I think this is the best decision that I did took because of you, Shraddha. So thank you so much. And, uh, of course, my relationship with my daughter, it changed. That was the reason why I joined the community, but then I observed that it was for me. I didn't have to change anything in my daughter, I didn't have to change anything in my husband. Everything was perfect. I was not able to perceive it because I had a blindfold on my eyes of expectation, of blame, of all the frustration that I had on myself. But when I forgave myself, I was able to see the good in other people. And can someone just give me a 'me' in the chat box if you can relate to what I'm saying? Ever since we have started practicing Ho'oponopono, ever since we have started attending Sankirtan, we are able to perceive the same situation, the same people in a whole new light. And that is the shift that EPH has given us. And it is truly phenomenal that there are so many mothers who are seeing the shift. And like, thank you so much for engaging in the chat box because it really makes me feel that I'm not alone. And the biggest shift, of course, was that I became an action taker. Step by step, I think someone is unmuted. Can, uh, can So the digital school was launched. I soon even upgraded to the next level of Tag Mango, and my app is also now live. I started doing one-on-one sessions because my course was not live yet, so I started offering one-on-one coaching on— in my webinars. Yes, I started doing webinars. All of this was happening in 2025, by the way. Like, I was doing the leadership and I was developing my own community as well. And recently, one of my reels which I did last week, it crossed 3 lakh 50,000 views. Like, right now it is at 3 lakh 60 something, and my followers have doubled from 800 to 1,600, literally doubled, just because of one reel which I did in my mother tongue. So this is something which I'm super excited about. I'm going to be working on it. Earlier I was doing all the reels in English, but now I've observed that my mother tongue is also very effective, so I should just try that. So that was one of the recent wins which I wanted to share with you all. And of course, recently the biggest win yet was the opportunity to be a host at the Mumbai meetup, which happened on Sunday. I was fortunate enough that ma'am chose me to be the first host, and like, she just trusts the leaders so much with all her, you know, Like, she just told me that you do it, and I listened to her.
I did it.
Every— I was like, in my mind, I was like, oh my God, how am I going to do it? But I took like— I pulled an all-nighter one day to finalize the script. I then wrote all the cards, and it was done. Like, ma'am just makes us do things. Like, she makes us take action, and that is what I love about her. She has made me an action taker. Why every mother needs a community like EPH. First of all, we are surrounded by women who refuse to shrink. Have you observed? There are so many women every day. You keep reading wins every single day. There is not a single day when there is no post on the WINS group. Give me an agree in the chat box. There is always something or the other happening. Someone is writing a book, someone is hosting their own podcast, everything. It is just happening. So when we get inspired, we obviously take action and we don't postpone our own growth. That is what I love about EPH. Second thing is that relatability. We see women who have grown from here to here, and we are here somewhere, so we are able to relate. Oh, there are others like me, and look at what they are becoming. If they can do it, I can also do it. Give me an agree in the chat box if you also feel like that. Thank you so much. And the third thing which I like about EPH, like why mothers should join a community like EPH, is there is so much of diversity, be it based on nationality, religion. We are global now and we are opening up our minds. Like instead of being stuck in our own zone, in our own prejudices about other people, we are actually opening ourselves Don't you think the diversity is helping it? So this diversity is what is like a USP of EPH, because there are like multiple people from multiple communities and we are all together on one mission of being God conscious mothers for raising God conscious children. Can I imagine my life without EPH? Honestly, a big, big no, because my life's equation, my life's equation has changed completely after coming to EPH because of the guidance by Riddhi Ma'am, the energy of the live calls, the environment of learning, the sisterhood that we have among each other. And the momentum, because once we start taking action, we just go in that momentum and we just keep taking action. And if I remove any of these, it won't be the same. Do you agree? Put A for agree in the chat box. Thank you so much. Now I'd like to share 3 major breakthroughs since joining EPH. Firstly, as I told you, I shifted from the blaming zone to growth zone. Instead of complaining to my husband about every little inconvenience that I had, I started setting healthy boundaries, and those are really working. That's like the major breakthrough. Second, the evolution of my self-image. Earlier, I was underconfident because of so many things that had happened in the past, and I was living in that zone only. I was not coming out of it. But now my confidence has soared so much that I just said yes to hosting an event without even thinking about it. So that is the impact of EPH and Riddhi Ma'am. And third, and most importantly, of course, I became an action taker. When ma'am told me that you should be like everyone, that you should be catching your intuitions, otherwise you'll stop getting them, that is when I started taking action. I used to get many ideas, but I used to ignore them. But right now, I just catch the intuition and take action. For example, I even built a website from scratch just because I thought of it. So that is the level of, uh, intuitions that I'm catching, and without even thinking of what would be the results, I'm just doing it. So EPH basically didn't change what I do. In fact, it changed who I am. Entire personality has changed. So now I am Sylee 2.0, and I don't want to go back to the earlier version. Give me a smiley in the chat box. 3 things I love most about Riddhi Ma'am. Of course, there are not just 3 things, are there? There are so many things, like the list can go on and on. But just because we have a time limit, I will share 3 things. First thing is the clarity. Ma'am never says like goody-goody things just because we can feed you know, good or better about a situation. She holds up a mirror. No bakwas. She just comes straight to the point. She gives us the perspective from the other person's point of view as well, and that is something which I really love about her. No matter what. Uh, I think someone is unmuted. Am I audible now? So ma'am shows up no matter what, whatever it is, be it she is having a fever, she is having a sore throat, everything She is going to show up even with a dental appointment. She had even once she had a broken tooth, then too she came. Like, the level of dedication which she has for us, for our children, and the level of dedication that she has for giving value to us is unmatchable. Put love in the chat box if you love Riddhi Ma'am. Thank you so much, everyone. And the third thing is that she has an unshakable belief in her students. She just catches the drift of it. She sees the potential before we do, and she trusts us before we trust ourselves. And that you can truly experience that you can truly experience when you are able to be in close, uh, contact with her due to the service that which we do for the community. And that opportunity in itself is such a big learning. It is even bigger than any MBA degree. Put agree in the chat box, the leaders. Thank you so much. And with that, I come to an end. And first of all, I would like to thank Kalak for introducing me in such a lovely way. And Riddhi Ma'am, thank you for everything. You are the ray of hope for so many mothers in our community. And to To the mothers who attended this call, I would like to tell you that one day you will also be here. You will be also sharing your experience and inspiring others. It is just— Kanak, are you there? So does anyone have to share anything? Anyone wants to share anything, you can please raise your hands.
Just want to say you're awesome, Sayali, inspiring us all.
Thank you so much.
Yeah, Kanak is joining in a bite. Sayali, just unmute and please unmute your Guys, everyone please mute yourself. And Sayali, you can just share a little bit more. She's just in a while coming.

And I mean, yeah, you're a pure example of if you surrender to your mentor and if you actually believe in your mentor, you can just do anything in your life. I mean, you are then unstoppable. So I mean, proud of you, love you so much, and thank you so much for sharing your journey. Thank you, thank you so much, thank you so much. All right, all right, okay, okay. Hello, Sayari. I hope you remember me. The session was awesome, awesome, and I was excited to join the call today to see you and hear from you. And I have met you in Delhi. You are so cool, calm, more than to say that, I don't know, I'm like losing words, but too good, very grounded, always there to extend your hands to help others whenever needed. So that, that's very beautiful of you. And yeah, and seeing you hosting the event in Mumbai, I felt very happy to look at you in the pictures. Proud of you.
Thank you so much.
Just wanted to convey that. Doing great. See you soon. And yeah, always we all feel that gratitude for Riddhi Ma'am. For making us grow, make us learn. Yeah, thanks for giving me the chance to talk.
Thank you, Nandini, and thank you so much. Like ma'am says, we see those things in others only when we have it in us. So thank you everybody for appreciating me, but actually you are the beautiful souls who are able to see it. So thank you. Nikita, you want to say?
Hi, Sayali. It was an amazing session. I think, as someone already mentioned, you were the first one actually whom I had a word with. You explained me, and I think you're truly a super leader, super coach, always there available for us. Whenever there is a query, you're always there to answer us, whatever time it is. And so inspiring, your story is really inspiring. And I think you're a true learner, and that's why I think you've been able to project yourself so well. And I really wanted to know that, uh, reel of yours which has got the maximum number of likes. As of now, because I can't understand that in your local language. So really want you to, you know, put that reel in English or Hindi, whatever you're comfortable in. Would love to listen to you. And really inspiring, really want, you know, to get inspired from you, learn from you, and be there one day, maybe.
Thank you, thank you.
That's it.
All the best. Thank you so much. Thank you. Like, uh, everyone is saying good, good things about me, and I'm not used to so many appreciation in front of my face. So thank you so much. I think, uh, can we have one last one? Like, do we have the time?
Sigh, I think we'll wrap it up because I can see a lot of hand raised. So yeah, uh, I mean, um, we I'm just out of words because of your shares. So I know all of you have to share your gratitude and love towards Sailee. She knows all of it, that we love her. But yeah, we'll have to wrap up this call. And let's do one thing. So we'll put a post in the feed section of the app where you can actually share how you feel about Sailee and what were the top 3 takeaways from this call. And just pour your hearts out and share whatever you want to share with Sailee.
Yeah, that's a great idea, Kanak. And I want to say I'm very blessed to work with you, Sayali. This is Anusha. When we were in Team 2, yeah. So happy to see you here. It's really inspiring. Thank you.
