Supermom Revolution Mission

Riddhi Deorah teaches mothers how to cut kids' screen time using a 20-minute delay, a daily "boring hour," and a dopamine list of offline activities. She connects the practice to building a God-conscious home and shows how boredom actually sparks creativity.
Chapters
All right, we are live on YouTube. So create a boring hour, which means make feeling bored a normal thing. So they should not feel ki bore ho na hai, is a problem, or I cannot sit without anything for some time also. So how do you do that? You can just say that for 1 hour in the day, we will all just sit without the screen. Like, you know, just like you have curfew and all of that. So just like that, even you have to let go of your screen time during that time. So it's gonna be a little bit for you also. So the moment, you know, they feel bored, they want the screen. So you wanna keep repeating this to your child, that screen is not the solution for your boredom. You know, I've repeated this to my son several times, that screen is not a solution to our boredom. It's like an affirmation. Screen is not a solution to your boredom. Screen is not a solution to your boredom. Yes, so if your child is saying that, then you know they are running away because they don't want to entertain. So when your child is saying screen is a solution to the boredom, that, "Mommy, I'm feeling bored, can you give me the screen?" So you want to tell your child that, "Okay, fine, you're feeling bored. Let's see what activities can we do." Okay. So you want to help them be creative because according to science, science has proven this, that when you are bored, that's when the creative center of your brain gets activated. So if you are not allowing your child to get bored, you are also stealing away the opportunity from your child to get creative. Because when they are bored, they will think, what else can I do? How to engage teenagers? So with teenagers, mostly you don't have to engage them. They want to engage themselves. But if there are certain ways of doing it, you can go for a walk. That's a very, very effective strategy with teenagers, going for a walk. Sometimes going out for coffee or whatever, you know, these days they're more into matcha, so you know, you can go for that. But you know, just stepping out of the house is the right way to spend time with teenagers, like going for a walk, going out for a coffee. Or if you want to buy something for yourself, you can tell your teenager to accompany you, that mommy wants to buy this, can you please come with me? So some small outings out, uh, different from your home environment, that's the best time to sort of— No, this is not true that your— if your husband watches less screen, then children will watch less screen, or if your husband watches more screen, your children will watch more screen. That's not true. My husband watches a lot of screen, but my child doesn't watch that much screen. Because you have to give them a reason, you know, because adults watch screen for a very different reason. They are working on the screen. They're not just consuming content on the screen all the time. Right? So let me give you an example. So supposing, you know, if there's a muddy pond. Now in muddy pond, there's a lot of mud, but if you allow the— and if you keep moving the water, then you'll keep seeing the mud. But when it is left alone, the mud will settle and the clear water comes. Just like that, if you allow your child to be bored and not be stimulated, that's when the clear thinking will come. So for 1 hour you try this during the day. Then this is a strategy that works very well With teenagers, use the 20-minute delay rule, which means don't say no to them immediately. So when your teenager is asking, "Mommy, can I do some screen time?" just say that, "Of course you can, but let's wait for 20 minutes." Because then they will learn to self-regulate. Don't give it instantly. Make them wait for 20 minutes. Don't say no also. You don't have to say no, but you can just say, yes, after 20 minutes. Let's do it after 20 minutes. So just delay it by some time because then they learn to regulate, manage their irritation, frustration, and their instant need will slowly start to reduce with time. So even when you're addicted to smoking, or what do you do? You make getting the smoke difficult. So the first thing somebody who's trying to quit smoking is encouraged to do is to stop buying smoke, especially a full packet. They say, when you want, you go and you buy one piece. This is a suggestion that they give to people who are trying to stop, how to quit, you know, they're trying to quit, sorry, they're trying to quit how to smoke, because then, you know, that effort of going and buying every time is a little painful, which automatically increases the gap and it reduces their dependency. So what you're going to do is you're going to delay it. So this is called the use the 20-minute delay rule. You'll not give it instantly. Because if you delay, then the craving will, uh, reduce and you know, the urge will not be so strong. Slowly, slowly, over a period of time, that strong urge will become lesser. So, you know, I'll give you an example. So supposing, you know, ocean, when the waves come, they are so huge, right, when they arrive. But if you wait a little, what happens? The strength of the wave reduces. If you agree, put A for agree, that it becomes like softer, the strength reduces. It's the same for screen. When they want it, they really want it badly, but when you make them wait for some time, the strength reduces. So I've actually done a whole thing on screen time, so I'm not repeating those ideas. I'm giving you a little extra ideas over and above the ideas that I've already covered in the course. I hope you're able to notice that. If you're noticing that, put N for notice. And I also want to give a disclaimer. You cannot fix screen time by just going through the course on screen time. If this is a Balbon Put Bhu, you just cannot. If anybody is telling you that I am going to teach you only screen time course, and you know, there are many, uh, this thing, courses that will only claim to fix screen time, you cannot. I'm telling you, even if you do it, it will be a very temporary thing. Ek pandra video dekhiya, screen time control nahi kar sakta ki CB bachche ka. Agar koi bhi aapko ye bol raha tha, woh jhoot hai. That 15th thing is a strategy to control screen time. But if you want to control screen time, you have to go through that whole path of how to communicate, how to connect. Because if you are not connecting, then you cannot communicate with your child. If you do not communicate with your child, you have no influence on your child. So whatever steps I'm sharing with you is under the assumption that you are first able to connect with your child. If not, then don't use these strategies instantly. First build a connection, then learn how to communicate depending on whether your child is a teenager or your child is a toddler. and then you can use these strategies. But if you go and use these strategies now, it will make things worse for you if you are not already connected. If you made a note of this, please put yes in the chat box. And I want to tell you one thing, don't be in a rush, don't be so impatient. Your child has been watching screen for 16 years, 17 years. Yes. Now you can wait for one more month and go through the process to reverse the screen time. But if you are in a rashkinai mujhe bas directly screen time wale video pe jaake bas screen time hi tikana hai, toh woh aap karo ke toh woh it will backfire. Is this making sense? Because you know, I'm going to tell you what works. I'm not going to lie to you. That is one thing that I can guarantee all of you, that one thing you will not hear me is any false promises that you do this. So for some of you, it will happen very quickly because it will depend— maybe because your connection and your communication is already in place, so the skills you can directly go and use and it will happen instantly. For some of you, it will take 1 month. For some of you, if your connection is like really weak where your child is like shutting the door on your face, is not wanting to talk to you at all, in that case it will take 2 months, 2 and a half months also. And it can also take just one good conversation. Is everybody following? If everybody is following, put yes. But hogaa sab ka, ye maap ko guarantee de sakhti ho, without a doubt. Why? Because imagine, no, 11 hours coming to 40 minutes. 6 hours. Children who are watching every day for 6 hours are now watching only on weekends for 30 minutes. So how many of you in this room have seen a screen time reduction in your child? Put me with a lot of E. Can all of you see? I'm not saying this. See. So now, do you believe it will also happen for your child? If you believe it, put yes in the chat box, because without faith and belief, even God cannot help. So how will I? It will help, but you have to be patient with yourself, patient with your child. Don't worry, nothing, nothing will happen in just a few weeks or a month now. So just follow these processes, and first Use it for yourself. And this one is my absolute favorite, step number 5. I love this, and this is something that all of you should also create for yourself. It's just Nidhi Jhavar. It is only 40 minutes in the entire week. Can you see it's happening? Yes. Yes. So my child was watching for 18 hours. Went to 6 to 7, but now also I'm sure there is a lot of scope. So from 6 to 7, it will come down to 2 to 3. One— okay, all of you put how much screen time is your child watching in a day, or if it's a week, then in a week. Amir Bano Devji, I'm very proud of your child and also proud of you. 30 minutes alternate days, 1 hour a day. 2 hours? 2 hours! 4 hours— okay come down... can come down. 30 to 40 minutes? 1 hour. Bharti Praveen, you have to follow the connection more than anything else. Zero screen time. 2 hours? 2 hours. 30 minutes? Zero. 2 hours? 1 hour. Weekdays no screen time. 30 minutes? 1 hour. In holidays 1 hour? 45 minutes. How many of you are feeling inspired looking at the chat? If you're feeling inspired, put inspired. For some of you, yes, it is still on the higher side, but if you follow the process, it will definitely happen. And if you are thinking that, okay, it is happening for others, but mera bachcha difficult hai, uska nahi ho ga, then the problem is with you not believing that it is possible for your child. Right, because it is possible for all of us. So the fifth point, which is my absolute favorite, is create a real-life dopamine list. All of you create this for yourself also. What gives you good dopamine? Like for me, music. I also love cycling. Music, cycling, cooking, photography, sometimes sketching, you know, meeting my friends. For some of you, it can be gym. For some of you, it can be, uh, traveling, playing with your pet, playing board games, dancing, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, meeting your friends. So create a dopamine list for yourself and for your child, and anytime you are getting the craving for screen You open, and you know, for me, learning, watching courses, chanting. So like that, you create a dopamine list for yourself and for your child. And anytime you feel like watching the screen, you tell yourself, instead of screen, let me see what else can I do from my dopamine list. What else can I do from my dopamine list? Because usually children, you know, what we do is we take away the screen, but you don't have to take it away. You have to replace it with something else. Because if you take it away, there is a vacuum and then they don't know what to do. So it is very, very— if your children are saying these things that, okay, nothing else, I only want the screen, then they are in the rebellious mode. And that's where you have to really go back and work on your connection and communication. Riddhi Deorah. Right. And the last point, very important, let them track their own screen time. Don't judge them, don't punish them, don't give tana, or don't say, "Oh, let's, oh my God, 7 hours, 8 hours." No. You just tell them that, "Okay, you're watching screen. I want you to do one simple thing for me. Every day I want you to write on this whiteboard or on this white sheet, 'How much screen time did you have today?' 'How much screen time did you have today?' When they start tracking their own screen time, naturally they want to reduce it. Like in Platinum, I have seen this huge shift ever since we started the screen time tracker for the Next Gen. So there's this Next Gen section where we have screen time tracker and reading tracker. Enchanting Tracker, so much screen time because they want to see themselves on the leaderboard. So creating a dopamine list is very important. And the last one is let them track their own screen time. So I'll just tell you the 6 points. The first point is don't reduce screen time, reduce Screen dependency. Make screens a reward. Third is create a boring hour. Fourth is use the 20-minute delay rule. Fifth is create a real-life dopamine list. And sixth is let them track their own screen time. Now this, whatever I'm sharing with you, you will not get it in any conventional, this course on screen time. These are all real life ideas which I have recommended to so many mothers and it has actually worked for them. And it will also work for you. And those of you who want the PPT, how many of you want the PPT? Because I'm sure so many of you will want the PPT. So we did this last time and it worked very smoothly. So my team will put a link in the chat box, please fill out So those of you who are on this call, you will get the link. So only the top link, okay? So just fill out this link for the PPT I've just shared. I'm going to close the chat. So just fill this out. Even though you have the notes, if you want the full PPT, please fill out this form. When you fill out this form, we will email you the PPT, right? Because I cannot share it in chat here. So just fill out this form and then all of you will individually get the PPT on your email ID. Right. So I'll give you a minute and then we will be shifting gears to the mission. And the mission today is very, very powerful. So please be here for the mission. All right, done? If you are done, put done in the chat box. If all of you are done. Yes. Amazing. All right. So now if you are ready, if you think this was some unique ideas, put yes in the chat box. And just put one idea, use one idea at a time. You missed it. Once again, I'll put the link again. The ideas are very simple. You can also use these ideas for your husband, actually. You know, you can tell your husband, let's create a dopamine list, or as a family you can create a dopamine list. So, you know, my husband also, you know, now he has reading time and all of that time. So every night before he sleeps, earlier he would spend time on the phone, so now he's replaced that with reading. So it's become easier because, you know, usually we feel that light bandho gaya room ka to screen dekhle the. Yeah. Because aur kisi ko disturb nahi kar sakte, light chalaake. So now what he's done, he's got a reading light, which, you know, it's like a light that you can put on your book. I don't know if you guys know of it. You can like put it on the book and, you know, you have enough light to read. So I only gave him that idea. You don't have to watch the screen if you want to do something to relax yourself before you sleep, you can do this. So he started doing that. So you know, there are small things that you can do. So now, if you're ready for the mission, put R for ready. And I'm giving a personal guarantee to all of you, screen time kaam ho ke raha hai, aapke bachche kaam. Aapko ye follow karna hai, system bus. Agar aap system follow karo ke, there is no reason ki nahi kaam ho kaam. Because it is happening for so many children. It will definitely happen for you too. So now, if you're ready, put— is the chat— oh, sorry, wondering why is nobody putting anything in the chat. If you're ready for the mission, put R for ready. Yes. You want to share your screen time ideas? How do you control your screen time? You want to share? No. Okay, all right. So now, please share light link. What link? This lamp link. Which light? The lamp behind me. Oh, the reading light. Okay, that I will— wait, I'll share. I'll have to look for it on Amazon. You'll get it. Now, I don't know which one exactly my husband has, but I'm just going to give you I don't know which one he has, but this one looks good. With whom? Alright. Yeah, so this is the link. You can check this out. What is this? Amrita Grover. Oh, reading light. Okay, all right, it's a huge link. Okay, so this is the link I found for you guys, but this is not the exact one. I'm not sure. You can do your own. Just go and type reading light for books on Amazon. You'll get multiple options. You can choose the one, you can check the reviews, and you can choose any which you feel. Okay guys, you guys ask me all of these extra things, then my call becomes long. Then I'm not able to cover what I'm supposed to cover. And then some of you tell, Riddhi is not covering what she's supposed to cover. So yesterday also, you guys only shared so much, and then we were not able to cover 6 steps. And you guys only told me, let's do it later. Then I shifted it to today, and then so many people told the super coaches that Riddhi is not— she's calling us for something, she's giving us something else. I'm not joking. So there is— being a mentor is also not so easy. So you guys have to cooperate if you want me to cover everything that we— that I have promised to you. Okay, so now we will move to the mission. So the mission is basically— we have 12 missions. Today we are going to do mission— okay, I don't want any more Amazon links. It's looking very spammy, my chat. So, and it's like these links that you guys are sharing, and there's another way to share a shorter link on Amazon. The block will not come. Okay, awesome. So now understand this, that we have 12 missions. Today we'll be doing Mission 11. So even if you are a new mother, please do not worry. You do Mission 11, 12, and then when we start the next round, you do 1 to 10, because in Easy Parenting Hub you don't miss out on anything. So if you are a mother and this is your I said no links in the chat. We don't want links for the lamp. If everybody's made a note of that, please put noted in the chat box. I don't want any more links in the chat. Yes, amazing. Please come back to the learning. Yes, so the first thing is, uh, 12 missions, today 11. So if you are a new mother joining this for the first time, put FT in the chat box. If this is your first time. So I want to welcome all the first-time moms. Welcome Lakshmi, Kaizen, Manisha, Nisha, Poojita, Azmina, Farkanda, Pinky— okay, not Pinky— Shruti, Lavanya, Jyoti, Samriddha, Asha, Megha, Inderjeet, Shikha, Asha, Poonam, Nomita, Anumeha, Rekha, Chetans, Newton, Benita. Wow, so many. Sangeeta, Inderjeet, a different Sangeeta, Shravini. Okay, wow. I don't think I can call out all, but let's welcome all the new mothers. So you have to do from today. Now my intention, I'm going to do a little fast pace so that I can spend more time on the mission. My intention with this mission is for you to get— you to have a lot of friends, you to never feel lonely. Because how many of you understand that if you have— even if you are surrounded by your family, even if you are with your school friends or college friends, there are certain things we cannot tell them? If you agree, put A for agree. Yes. So when I say friends, I mean a very different set of friends, not the conventional friends that you have. Maybe some of you have a very big social circle, but even in that very big social circle, you can sometimes feel very, uh, different. You can feel like, okay, I'm not able to share these things in this social circle because you're worried if I share with one, everybody else will get to know of it. If this is making sense, put MS. So these are friends who have zero expectations. They are not expecting you to send them bouquets and cakes on their birthdays. They are not expecting you to do anything special for them, but they're always here to listen to you without any judgment. And how many of you think that's a big blessing? If you think that's a big blessing, put yes in the chat box. Shruti, yes. If you guys have not received, then maybe your Email spam, you have to go and check. Or maybe you have to clear your email inbox because some emails don't get delivered because you never check your emails. So maybe in that case, that's the case, right? So understand that, uh— Okay, can we please focus on what we are doing right now? If we can, please put yes. If you've not received it, go and drop an email at mail@ridhideorah.com. And this is why we are not able to learn, because I'm doing something, your mind is somewhere else only, right? So please be here, you know. And the boot camp PPT you will get. If I have promised you will get, you will get. Everybody else has got. 2-3 people have not got, it means there is a problem at your end. Which also I'm okay to accept because it can happen, you drop an email at mail@ridhidorah.com and we will send you the PPT. Okay, so now let's focus on the mission. So the first reason is you to have friends. Second is for you to experience a breakthrough in the kind— in expansion in the way you think, because in the mission course you will be interacting with each other. And when you interact with each other, you will start to feel very grateful and blessed for the life that you have. How many of you are experiencing that? Put 'me' in the chat box. Because you might be thinking that, 'Oh, my problem is so big, my life is so challenging,' but when you talk to each other, you will feel and understand that, 'Okay, there are others dealing with similar things or maybe even more challenging things.' Me. So I want none of you to ever feel lonely, and my intention is that no mother in Easy Parenting Hub will ever deal with her emotions alone. Which means when you are feeling low, please come and connect immediately. Don't cry alone, don't like, you know, be in your room or in your bathroom. All you need to do is push yourself to write a message on the team group. 'Can I please speak with someone?' How many of you can make this your auto response when you're feeling low? If you can, put yes in the chat box. Bina soche, aapko message daalna hai. Because you have to take charge of your energy. If you don't take charge, nobody else will. Now, all of you here might be here for your own reasons, like, you know, you want to work on yourself, your career, your health, your child, your teenager, screen. Different mothers, different reasons. But how many of you understand that no matter what your reason is, action is required? And for action to happen, commitment is required. If you feel that, put yes in the chat box. So I'm going to take 4 simple commitments, and these commitments are not just for the mission. Use them in your real life as well. Yes. If you use them, your profession will improve, you will get promotion in your job, and all areas will start to shift. So the first is winner's mindset. You have to first win here to actually win in your real life. So all of you, if you are put in a team group, I want you to win the mission. Don't be there just watching other people win, and don't be lost and confused in your own world. Yes. If you are not understanding, please put a message in the group. The group is open and ask for help and then finish. You know, our leaders are so supportive. They will keep you on the phone, they will explain and make you finish your mission. How many of you agree that your leaders and your super coaches are like world class? Put WC in the chat box. More than you, they are interested in your wins. So the kind of support we are giving, I don't think any community in the whole world can give. You know, I am taking programs with international coaches, 15 lakhs, no support, nothing. One email ID, that also response time is 3 days, 3 to 4 days. They will raise a ticket and I'm waiting on the ticket for 3 to 4 days minimum. You guys have the luxury of directly connecting with a mother who has gone through this journey. And still, if you're not able to take action, nobody can make you do it. It means— How many of you are now going to have a winner's mindset? Put win in the chat box. That if I'm in that group, I'm going to win, because this win is not just your win, it's your child's win, your family's win. So do it for them if you can't do it for yourself. At least you owe it to them. And I personally feel that all of you should first do it for yourself. The second, it's a team activity, so when you win, your team wins. So put FTP in the chat box if you're going to be a fantastic team player. FTP. Please do it. Don't say ki time nahi hai, ye nahi hai, woh nahi hai. Kyu itne saare log kar sakte hai, aap kyu nahi kar sakte hai? Aapko ye soch nahi hai. Instead of saying time nahi hai, the question you should ask is, if so many mothers who are just like me are able to do it, why can't I? How many working mothers in this room have finished the mission? Put WM that I am a working mother and I am able to finish it. So all the working mothers who have been sitting with this excuse that I'm a working mother, can you see so many working mothers are doing it? Yeah, even if you are 15 hours working, you can do it. Somebody just mentioned 10 hours working. Even if we are 15 hours working in a day, you can do it because the missions that I give you not— does not take time, it saves time. And doing the activities will take you 20 minutes in the whole week. There are 10,000 minutes. Aap ek time khana kam khale na, agar aapko 15 minute nahi mil rahi, pure hafte mein. The third, 15 to 17 hours work. Rita Rani, were you able to finish your mission? If you were able to finish, put yes. Rita Rani. Rita Rani. Yeah, so please take Rita as an example. 17 hours working time but still able to finish the mission. Now put smiley in the chat box if none of you are going to tell me that I'm a working mother and I can't do it. If a 17 hours working mother can finish the mission the way I have designed it, Anybody can do it. Literally, it is like disha mittal, police job, mission done. So police is also finishing. Any doctors who finished it? Doctors, put doctor in the room, uh, in the chat. Any doctors? See, doctor, pilot. Wow, we have such a great group here. Doctors, so many. Engineers, judge. I don't have to go anywhere. I need anything, I have it in EPH. I want a judge, lawyer, doctor, teacher, homeopath, Ayurveda, seriously, dentist, pediatric, gyne, sab hai. My life is sorted, I think. And even your life is sorted because you're also in this community. So all of you should feel happy. Engineer. CA, accountant. Amazing. Yes, nurse. Wow, awesome. So see, everybody is able to do it. Bankers, all of you can do it. Now the third thing, this is a mission, it's not a challenge, and that's why I call it a mission, Supermom Revolution Mission. And what is our mission? To turn every home into a God-conscious home. How many of you love the mission? Put love. And if you are in this room, God has pulled you into this mission because God thinks only God can make it happen. Only with Kripa, only blessings, grace, Kripa, in sab chizose aapko ye mission mil sakta hai. And when you are on a mission, you are not making excuses. Like, you know, Gandhiji was on a mission, so he was not saying that, oh, aaj mera bachcha ka tabeth kharabe, or my child is not well. So I can't think about India getting independent. How many of you think it sounds funny? Or he was not saying, oh, today I have to go for my wife's sister's marriage, so I can't think about India getting independent. See, see, sounds funny, right? So if you're on a mission, don't make these lame excuses that, you know, some exam or some, some one guest has come. So guest has come, guest will sleep also, no? Or if the guest has not come to sleep, the guest will leave also. If there is child's exam, child will go and take the exam also. If it is child's exam, the child is studying, what are you doing? You do your mission on the side. If there are— if there is a wedding in the house, you are not getting married. Even if you are getting married, you still have the time. You know, on the day of, you know, on one day before my engagement, not one day, sorry, on the day of my engagement, I was in the warehouse. That time I was in the fashion, you know, this Amazon, Myntra and all. I was retailing. I was in my warehouse 2 hours before my engagement, like 2 hours before the makeup slot. So if my makeup time is 3 o'clock to get ready for my engagement, which is at 6 o'clock, till whatever, 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock, I was in the warehouse. And my mother was going on calling me and she's telling me, what are you doing? Are you crazy? You're getting engaged? I was like, haan, sham ko cheh baje or teen baje makeup hai. To subbe aad baje se leke do baje tak toh aap kar sakte ho na kuch. See, if you want to do something big in life, you have to change the way you operate. Your engagement is at 6 o'clock in the evening. From morning, what you are doing? Thinking about your— imagining your engagement or thinking about your engagement. Because anyway, when you are getting engaged, there is nothing that people are expecting you to do. They are only doing everything. They are only expecting you to get ready and show up. Literally, when I was, you know, this thing— what was I going to say? I lost my train of thought. Forgot. Forget it. So understand this one thing, that you have to stop making these excuses that, you know, I don't have time and all, and you have to treat this like a mission, because I'm looking at every single one of you as a mother in a mom army. I'm looking at you as a soldier in a mom army, and I'm not looking at you as just students. Because I don't know if you can see it, I can see it. 10 years from now, this will be like a world level. Already we are getting so many international students who are joining EPH now, like from not just Indian moms living abroad, but international, uh, students. Yes. Mom from Nigeria, Spain, Serbia, all of that is happening. Tajikistan. So how many of you would love to be like the frontline soldiers in that army? If you would love that, put love in the chat box. Malaysia, Sri Lanka. Yes, so many Malaysian moms, Sri Lankan moms. So don't, you know, don't do this like WhatsApp challenge. Don't be in that energy. And the fourth, which is my absolute favorite, DWIT— do whatever it takes, no excuses. Andi ho ya tufaan, exam ho, nahi ho, holiday pe bhi ho. No matter where you are, you can do it. So if I have your commitment, the 987 of you that I see on— it's going on changing, and some of you are new on YouTube, you're watching— if I have your commitment that you're going to follow these 4 things, that I'm a winner, I'm going to be a fantastic team player, I'm going to do this as a mission, and I am going to do whatever it takes— if I am sitting here before you, it is only because I do whatever it takes to create the results that I set in my head. I'm not saying, oh, this is not working, or that is not working, or this will not work, or that will not work. I'm only telling myself that I don't have an option but to make it work. You want the points? Okay, wait, let me share my screen with you. You can take a screenshot of this. Winner, team player, mission, and do whatever it takes. These are your 4 commitments. Done? Done. And now If you're ready for the mission, put R for ready. Income tax ka koi hai. Seriously, guys, you guys are funny. Yes, so the theme for today is very, very special, and the theme is inner voice. Inner voice. If you love the theme, put love in the chat box. And I'm going to share with you why is inner voice so important and what is inner voice. Inner voice is nothing but it is a quiet wisdom that speaks to you from within, and this wisdom will take you towards your truth because what you hear from outside is not you. So some of the most crazy things that I have done, it is because of my inner voice, and they have actually turned out, turned out to be the best, best things in my life, the best decisions of my life. Please share screen. I'll share the screen in the end if that's okay. Put okay. Because, you know, if I'm sharing the screen, I'm not able to see your faces. So I'm going to share my screen in the end, and you can take a screenshot of everything that I'm talking to you about, right? Amazing. So why is it so important for us to listen to our inner voice? First, it allows you to make the right decision. Clear decision making, that's first. Because your inner voice will help you choose what truly aligns with your values. Otherwise, you will be doing things what others feel is— others feel good— is good for you. How many of you agree with that? Because, you know, for me, there are so many things that I did where people were stopping me from doing it. In fact, this whole parenting thing Nobody supported me to learn parenting. Nobody supported me when I decided to become a parenting coach, because before becoming a parenting coach, I had a very beautiful fashion business which was very successful. I was making very good money, around 2-2.5 crores a year, which is very good for an Indian woman sitting at home and, you know, working. And, uh, so everything was good. So when I decided to let go of my fashion business and, you know, let go of being a fashion entrepreneur and becoming a parent coach, everybody resisted, including my mother, who is one of my biggest supporters mostly. And I don't blame them because it was not a logical decision. It was intuitive, or it came from within, and the voice from within was so loud that I just had to honor it, and it takes a lot of courage. So when ideas show up from within— this is the sequence— when ideas show up from within, you have to have faith in that idea, because when you have faith and trust in that idea, you will take action. And when you take action, you have to have patience. And when you have patience that idea will turn into impact. I'm going to repeat this. Idea hai, andar se, then you have to honor that idea, you have to have faith. Because if you don't have faith in that idea, you'll never put it into action. And then you put it into action. To put it into action, you need courage. And when you put it into action, will you get the results immediately? No. Obviously not! You put it into action and then you patiently keep doing the things for some time, and while you're doing it patiently, you have faith in yourself and you have faith in your Creator, and then that idea will turn into impact. How many of you think that turning a home into God-conscious home is a very beautiful mission? If you think it's a beautiful mission, Put yes in the chat box. And do I have your permission to share a little bit with you how I arrived at this mission? If I have your permission, put yes. And it took me a lot of courage to come and share this with you. So my mission was to build a happy home, to build a happy nation. That's the mission I would talk about. And then one day on Akshaya Tritiya, when I was writing I just wrote this, you know, I didn't even understand what I was writing. And I swear on God, I never heard the word God-conscious parenting together in my whole life, because none of my previous mentors taught me God-conscious parenting. So on the day of Akshay Tritiya, in my mission book, I wrote, I help mothers become God-conscious and raise God-conscious children. And my whole body started vibrating. And I was crying. And I didn't know why have I written this, and I didn't know what to do with that sentence. And, you know, maybe some of you will find it difficult to believe this, because if I were you, maybe I would have also found it difficult, but, you know, I just want to say that this is exactly how it happened. And then next day, uh, you know, I was meeting my mentor Blair, and I had prepared a completely different set of questions for him. But when this mission showed up, I knew exactly I have to discuss this. So I asked him that, you know, why do I get this mission and what do I do with this? I don't know, because I'm not a spiritual guru. I don't know how to go and talk about God. I don't know how to even do this. And he did not even answer. All he told me— and you know how much I give, you know, how much I invest for 1 hour? 2.5 lakh rupees for 1 hour of one-on-one coaching with him. Only for 1 hour, 2.5 lakhs. And all he told me was, just like the mission has come to you, the idea of how to use it will also come to you, but you have to share it. And I am a very good student, so I always do what my teacher tells me to do. So now he told me, but you don't have an option but to now share this with the mothers. So he just told me that, but now I didn't know how to come back and suddenly change from Happy Homes to God Con— you know, I from change my mission from building happy homes to happy nation to God conscious homes. And then I sat and I kept, you know, whenever I don't understand anything, I go and sit in the temple in my house. I sat there and I kept telling God that you only gave this to me, now you only tell me what to do. I don't know what to do with this. And that's when I got this, you know, I saw this whole thing in front of my eyes, this equation. So I would say this to the mothers, and it's also there in my book, The Mother: You're More Than Enough, that mom energy equals child energy equals family energy equals world energy. And I got this question that where is mom energy coming from? And then I understood that, okay, moms will get energy from God, so the equation will be complete when I write God energy equals mom energy equals child energy equals family energy equals world energy. And that's when I came and I shared, and it took a lot of courage. It was not easy. I cried a lot. I was very— I was thinking, am I doing the right thing? Am I not? Should I go and do it? It took me a lot of courage because, you know, I had nobody else to model. I had nobody else to ask what to do with it because nobody else is doing it. None of my mentors do it. Nobody. I've not seen anybody do it. So I had nobody else to model, see, do. So it was taking me a lot of courage, plus God, it's a very, you know, like a sensitive topic, very sensitive thing, sensitive emotions. So I was just, you know, feeling the pressure. But when I came and I shared it, mothers took it so well. Everybody loved it and they're like, "Ma'am, you're so correct," this, that. And then, you know, when the Sankirtan happened, it was not a part of my Platinum. Okay. The spiritual calls were not a part of my Sankirtan, because you know, not a part of my Platinum, because you know, I am not a spiritual Guru, so who am I to teach all of this? But then I had my own experience in December 2024, when I went through— when I had everything. In fact, you know, my coaching was at peak, I was getting maximum students in a month, everything was thriving. Yes. Like good family, my mother-in-law, my in-laws, everybody was supporting me, and money was great, everything was so good, everybody was so supportive, but all I was doing was crying. And I had no understanding of why am I crying. And then, you know, when you are crying and you don't have any reason to cry, your brain will just want to come up with some reason, because you need the closure. Yes. So my husband told me, maybe you are overworked, take a break. So I took a break, it didn't work. Then he told me that, let's— he told me and I also agreed that maybe a change of place will work. So I went, I visited my parents for some time, it worked for some time, but as soon as I came back, it was the same. Then my husband told me that, "I think you should go and see a doctor for depression." And he— I just want to thank my husband here for being so supportive. He told me, you know, these days depression is like cold and cough, there's no harm, go and see. I also did that, and the doctor gave me one medicine which I also took. I took one pill, and it was winters, it was December 2000. 24, and my son started telling me that, you know, I want to play badminton with you. And you know, as a mother, I was feeling so lost. I was like, iti ke, my child, I should spend some time with him. So I went down to play badminton with him, and my whole hand started vibrating. I was not able to hold the racket, and my husband was traveling that time, so I was in this house only with my son. And you know, I just left everything, I ran, I came back home, and then, you know, I checked online, and then I figured out it was a side effect of the medicine. So I stopped taking the medicine. Again, I cried a lot. I called my husband, I called my mom. Nothing worked. Now I kept like this till January 10th or 15th, January. This whole— this started like first week of December. Till mid-January, all of this happened. And then I saw my mentor, and then, you know, I went through a silence exercise where, you know, I— which I make you do every time now. I was in my silence, and in my silence, I saw my grandmom, and I saw Krishna. My grandmother was a huge Krishna bhakt, like, you know, she would treat Krishna like a family member. Wow! So if there's even a small chocolate that would come to our house, it would first go to Krishna and then we would get to eat. So everything like was first holy, matlab Krishna first, everything, you know. So I saw her and I got this message that I should start chanting. And I started, you know, I had tried everything and nothing worked. So next day when I wake up, I started chanting and you will not believe, I'm not making this up, I promise. In just a few hours, I felt like my old self. Patla, mera rona gaya bhog gaya, mera body mein strength aag gaya. You know, I used to constantly feel like a lump here, that lump disappeared. And you know, I just started feeling so good. And then I started feeling that I have to give this back to my students. I just have to give this, uh, but I didn't have the courage again, you know, because I was feeling that how can I go and tell them to do the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra because we are mothers from so many faiths and for me God is God and I felt that it will not be the right thing to do because I want to build this as a secular community because for me every mother is the same. So I kept pushing it away. And then one day, you know, I literally— I'm getting a little emotional— I literally, when I was praying, I saw Krishna like, you know, mocking me. Mazaak banate na, apki sikha. And it literally felt that he's mocking me and he's telling me that you didn't have the courage to make videos, you learned that. You didn't have the courage to record courses, you learned that. You didn't know how to sell, you learned that. 'And now you have to go and talk about me? You don't have the courage to do that.' And you know, in that moment, something inside of me shifted, and I just put a voice note in my Platinum groups that, you know, I've been chanting this mantra and it's really helping me, and I want all of you— not all of you, I said that if any of you want to do this, I'm going to do this on Zoom from tomorrow, please come and join me. Namaste. And I also mentioned that this is not compulsory, only if you feel like it, because I didn't want to be pushy about this. And then usually you see how many reminders we send, no? 3 hours to go, 2 hours to go, 1 hour to go, ma'am is live, 30 minutes. For that call, I only sent 2 reminders, one in the evening and one in the morning, because I didn't want to come across as somebody who's forcing or pushing. But you will not believe, 5:30 in the morning, some 300, 400 mothers showed up on Zoom. And we all chanted and we cried and, you know, and then long story short, now we have all— we have Quran, we have Bible, we have Gurbani, we have Bhagtanbar, we have Bhagavad Gita, we have— Sankirtan, all of that. We have Sukoon. All of that is happening. So what is all of this? This is all natural intelligence coming from within. Now, how many of you agree that if I had rejected it and not shown the courage, none of this would be happening? Yes. If you agree, put A for agree. So my only request to all of you, when you get a push from within, please honor it, because that will take you to your true life purpose. But if you're only looking outside, permission, discuss, Then of course you will feel that inner peace when you listen to your inner voice. You will have trust in yourself, which means you will stop depending on outside validation. Fourth, you will live a more authentic life, and you will learn to protect yourself from noise. So how many of you are ready to honor your inner voice for all of these reasons? Put R for ready. Please listen to your inner voice. That is God talking to you. Kitne time bhotena God aap kuch kyun hi kare ko, woh aapko bar bar message pehchha, aap hi kuch nahi kare. Aap hi darjate ho hain time. How many of you, this is something that you needed to hear? Put 'me' in the chat box. See, if you're in this room, maybe it was not so easy for some of you. When you came for my master class, maybe you were seeing me for the first time, but you listened. Something inside of you told me that I am not a scam. And you came here, and now you know that I'm not a scam. Some of you are in Platinum, maybe it was even a little more difficult for you, but you pushed yourself and you did it. And all of you now agree that it was the best decision of your life. How many of you agree that it was the best decision, or probably the best investment that you've done in your family? Yes. So it is just that one push is all we need to change everything in life, but we just keep sitting with our external thumbs. You know, koi aakya husband bol denge k baar, you'll not be able to do it, you'll take it and you'll waste your money, then we'll not do it. Your inner voice gone to one direction, you are only listening to your husband's voice. Once your mother-in-law will come and say, why you are wasting time on laptop? Now you will only listen to this voice. Somebody will come and say, why do you have to do this? Do this only now. You already have a safe job, why to try this? If you think this is crazy, put C for crazy. You know how we have just started honoring everything else, but we are not honoring the true authentic self. And the true wisdom coming from within. And we keep putting labels on ourselves that I'm not consistent, I'm not disciplined, I'll not be able to do it, I don't have time, I don't have money, I don't have this, I don't have that, and we stay stuck. So it is very, very important to honor. So now I'm going to give you a few activities. So your activity 1— 1. Is repeat a powerful mantra. And the powerful mantra is— put your— let's do it together once. Put your hand on your heart and say this. Put your hand on your heart and say this: I know who I am. I know who I am. Their words do not define me. I know who I am. Their words do not define me. One last time: I know who I am. Their words do not define me. How many of you are feeling that you got some power back? If you're feeling like that, put 'feel' in the chat box. Don't let anybody else Set your standards. You set your own standards because everybody else is operating from what they saw a few times, but you're not going to be the same person forever. You're work in progress. And you know, your family will be the last people to understand, support, and appreciate you. First people to love you, but the last people to understand you. Why? Because they have seen the worst worst days with you. They have seen you in the chandi roop. They have seen you in the depressed mood. They have seen you in the crying mood. They've seen you in aggressive mood. So they cannot believe ki aap kuch kar bhi sakte ho aisa. If this is a balbon, put bhi ho. You know, my— you know, how many of you agree that I am very committed to what I do? I show up for the mothers 365 days of the year. No coach is doing this. Every single day I show up for you guys. You know what my husband would tell me when I started this journey? You will take and you will never finish. I know you will take it in your excitement, but you will never finish. But did I finish? Yes. Did I shift? Yes. Did I listen to him? No. Did his words hurt me? Of course. But did I allow his words to keep me stuck? No. And just like your husbands think I am a scam, my husband also used to think my mentors are a scam. He told me, one of my mentors, he shows his numbers on the screen and everything, and his numbers were so good, so my husband is like, "Na kli number hai, apna asli number koi ki hoti kahi ka." And when now I show my numbers, I tell him, "Now I'm also a scam, no?" I tell him that I'm doing my numbers, now you'll say I'm also a scam. So how many of you understand this, that You know, this is the first activity. Repeat the power. You don't need anybody else to tell you what you can do. You should know what you can do. And how many of you think you can do whatever you want to do? Put yes in the chat box. See, I don't have a problem if other people don't believe in you. I have a serious problem if you don't believe in yourself, because then even God cannot help you, because God helps those who help themselves. Yes. It's okay if you don't know anything, as long as you are committed enough to learn whatever you need to learn. So it's okay if you're not consistent, it's okay if you are not disciplined, it's okay if you don't have technology skills. It is okay if you are not a confident communicator. It is okay if you are introverted. It is okay if you are shy. It is okay if you are unsure. It is okay if you don't have full clarity. But tell me one thing, are all of you willing to learn all of this? If you are willing to learn all of this, put yes. Then you can do anything. Because I didn't know— nobody is born with these skills. Like you don't come out born, like, you know, I was not born from my mom's womb and I knew all of— I learned it. I didn't know. I went to my mentors. When I went to them, I didn't know anything. I just went like a blank canvas and they taught me and I did it. But the biggest problem here is— How many of you think that's A funny way of thinking. Put funny in the chat box. Like, okay, some of you say I'm not consistent, so I can't do it. So if you're not consistent, learn to be consistent. No, don't say that I'm not consistent. If you're not an action taker, don't say that I'm not able to finish, so I'll not do it. Learn to finish. So everything is a skill which can be learnt. Don't make that as a reason to stay stuck. Now, action 2. Activity 2: The 24-Hour Silent Experiment. Just give me a minute. Yeah, can you say the Maha Mantra once more? Are you asking me to say it, Akila? Just one second, it's an urgent call. Yes, the Maha Mantra, there are different Maha Mantras, so depends on which one you want to do. The one I do is the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra. So I do this one: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare. Hari Ram, Hari Ram, Ram Ram, Hari Hari. Yes, so the second activity is the 24-hour silence experiment. What does this mean? That you are not going to say a negative comment about anyone, which includes yourself. You will not say, "She is like this," or, "He is like that," and you will also not say it for yourself. Difficult but possible. So I just want to tell you one thing. Nobody said it would be easy, but it will definitely be worth it. So how many of you are ready to do it? Please do it. It's, it's something that you deserve. Yes. Tell me one thing, if somebody comes and tells your child something negative, will you be able to tolerate it as a mother? No, right? As we can say whatever, but if somebody else comes and tells, we'll not be able to take it. So just like that, you have to treat yourself with that much respect, because if you treat yourself with respect, you can treat your child with that much respect. But if you're not treating yourself well, you cannot treat others well, and definitely others will not treat you well. No, not— no, of course you have to speak for 24 hours, otherwise your husbands will come to my house. I'm not taking that risk. I am not Gandhiji yet, right? So, please don't like go on mute mode. But yes, definitely minimize, because especially if you are somebody who's used to being angry, aggressive, the lesser you speak, the better it is. And every day, if you can have 1 hour of no talking time besides your sleep time, it is a very good thing to have. 1 hour no words, 1 hour Vipassana every day, at least if you can do. It's a very— it's a beautiful gift. Like, I do this every day in the morning for 1 hour, 4 to 5 or 4:30 to 5:30. So you definitely want to do 1 hour of no talking, right? Then the next— Deep versus shallow. Okay, I want to explain this concept to you, deep versus shallow. Very powerful concept. I'll give it— I've already explained it in the courses, but I want to repeat it because some of you have not got till that point. So understand this, that if somebody— let's say you wear— okay, let me give you an example. Let's say you wear a— you dress up and you go for a wedding, and somebody tells you, This is not for the wedding. 'You could have worn something better.' Will that pinch you? If it will, put yes. It will pinch you. Will you remember it? Yes. Will you keep thinking about it? Yes. Will you want to— will you feel like leaving the wedding also? Yes. It will hurt, right? If normal human beings will get hurt and we'll think about it, unless you're very evolved and you've come to that space where you definitely, you know, don't care anymore. Versus second situation, somebody comes and compliments you and they say, "Oh wow, you're looking so pretty, you look so gorgeous." Will you feel good? Yes. Will you love it? Yes. Will your confidence immediately increase? Yes. Will you be able to speak more confidently? Yes. Will you feel like meeting more people? Yes. Will there be a natural glow? Yes. But when you get this compliment, for how long do you think about the compliment? Very little time. You don't go and tell 100 people that, you know what, she told me I'm so pretty. You know what, we don't do that. Maybe our husband, we can say that, you know, she was saying that, you know, I was looking very nice today. Maybe your husband or one or two very close people. And then you forget about the compliment. But if somebody criticizes us, we think about it so many times and we keep repeating it, repeating it in our head so many times. So what we do is we take a negative comment very deep and we take some pos— and we leave the positive comments at a very shallow level. We don't take it so deep because because we don't think so much about it. In fact, some of us are not even good at receiving compliments. We just give the compliment back to our dress. Somebody says, "Oh, you're looking so pretty." "Oh, it's just the dress." You not receive the compliment. It's a sign of low self-esteem if you're not able to receive the compliment. So again, what we have to do in this week is we have to take anything positive that you're getting, you want to think about it and you want to take it deep. Anything negative that you're receiving, you want to reject it at the surface level, consciously not think about it, because what other people say has nothing to do with you, it has everything to do with them. Because how many of you agree nobody in the right mindset will not walk up to you and say, "What an ugly dress!" So it has everything to do with them, it has nothing to do with the dress that you're wearing. No, this is just one example, you know, but there are many things that happen in life. So the idea is to take every good thing that you get very deep and to leave every negative dialogue or criticism at a very, very surface level. Then— now this is an experiment that I did sometime in the past, but I want to repeat it again. Now open your palm, everybody. Turn on your camera just for this. Put your palm in the front, all of you. I want you to see. Now imagine somebody put a cotton ball on your hand. Just imagine this cotton on your— now close it. Now ho, press the cotton very tightly, you know, just squeeze the cotton very, very tightly. Squeeze it, squeeze it, squeeze it. Is it paining? Yes. Hurting? Okay, open it. Yes, now what is this cotton? And now throw the cotton, drop it, drop it. Now what is this cotton? This cotton is nothing but a negative thought that somebody just gave to you, a negative thought which you also call Nazar and all of that. Nazar is nothing but it is a negative thought. That somebody created when they saw you, or a negative thought that they gave you, verbally they told you. So when that negative thought comes, you have two options— either to hold it tightly and press it. And when you hold it tightly and press it, who is in pain? You or the giver? We are in pain, right? Because we— but if somebody gives you a negative thought, And instead of doing this, you do this. Let's all do this. You do this to that thought, or you can also do this and then throw it. Will you feel a thing? No. Because understand, no matter how good you are, you will always have some troublemakers. Even God, when he comes, he has some enemies ready. So we are normal human beings. There are so many people in my family, on the outside they are— they seem They show that they are very happy, but internally they are not very happy. How many of you have experienced that? Energetically you can understand ki kaun sach mein kosh hai aapke liye, or kaun dekhani ke liye kosh hai aapke liye. Oh, samajh aajata hai, sab koi ata hai. So what do you do? You just release. You're just like, okay, fine. So that's your challenge, not to receive and hold the thought, but to release. No matter what your husband says, 'You can't do it.' Okay, great, you can think what you think. I'm just going to silently do it. Somebody says, 'You're wasting time.' Okay, great, you can think what you think. I can feel the shift in me. 'You are not taking care of your child.' Okay, great, you can think what you think, but I put him to sleep, I bathe him, I feed him, I make him ready for school. And I follow up with him for his homework. So I know what I'm doing, I don't need you to know what I'm doing. No, somebody says you're not a good mother. You can think what you want to think. I know I'm a good mother, I love my child because that's all I think about. And not just that, I'm also learning for my child. So I know I'm a good mother, I don't need anybody to tell me what I am. Is everybody with me? And you don't have to go and insult anybody. You please don't have to go and fight with anybody, and you don't have to go and tell them this, that, you know, I don't need you to tell me who I am. Please don't do that, okay? That's not what I'm teaching here. I'm not telling you to go and tell other people that, you know, I know who I am, you don't have to tell me. That's a recipe for disaster. But you should just be quiet. And peaceful. Because the biggest, you know, the most irritating thing that you can do to these people is not entertain them. When they say something and you don't entertain them, that's the best response. How many of you agree that the best response— so let's do an example. Okay, who should I spotlight? Just wave at me. Me. Okay, Preeti Shukla, you know what you have to do, right? Just say some crappy things to me. Just say some negative things to me. Not good. There's some squeaky voice, maybe from your audio. You also hear a video on the side. Yes. The child is doing the class. Okay, okay, then I'll get somebody else, no worries. Okay, so let's get— just wave at me. Okay, Priya Mrunalini. Yes. Hello. Just have to— hi Priya. You just have to say some hurtful things, hurtful or negative things. We're just acting. Okay. You are very annoying actually. Whenever I see, I don't feel like spending my time with you, and I feel very irritated and annoyed, and you're always negative, so I don't feel like talking to you. Thank you. So why are you here? Please go do something different with your life. That was the best I could do. So you don't have to smile and— or you have to just stay quiet, right? And I can just say, Priya, wow, I love the color of your kurta, right? Or I can just say, I love your smile. So somebody is giving you so much hate, and if I just tell Priya, Priya, thank you, but I just want to tell you one thing, I love the way you smile. No, she's like shocked. She's like, what? What did just— what just happened? I'm telling her you're negative, this, that, and she's telling me she likes my smile or she likes my kurta. No, seriously, it works. You know, I want to tell you, if you want to transform all the difficult people in your life, start complimenting them. Yeah, compliment for real. No, some— because just because they don't like you doesn't mean they don't have anything good about them. Maybe their dressing style is good, maybe their hair is good, maybe they're wearing a pretty bangle. Could be— if there are so many things, you know, maybe they've cooked something nice. So you can say those nice things and smile. And how many of you think that this will immediately disempower the person who was trying to give you hate and pain? Yes. If you agree, put A for agree. It works 99-100% of the time. It works. So let's put A for amazing for Priya. Well done. Thank you. You want to share something? Okay. Yes, unmute. Yeah, ma'am, what if it happens every day and every time? Do we still have to be the same? It will not happen every time. If you do it right, they'll start shifting. Because imagine, you know, if you say this to me first time and I say you have a pretty smile, will you come back to me and say negative things again? No. Not happen. So slowly, slowly they will shift when you start, because the only way to cancel hate is through love. Because the reason they give you hate is because they have hate. Nobody gave them love, so they don't even have love to give. Okay. So first you have to give them love, and that love only they will give you back. Is this clear to everybody? If this is clear, put C for clear. Yes, amazing. So let's put A for amazing for Priya in the chat. Yes. And why am I telling you to do this? Because you're protecting your inner world. Because I'm coming to that part now. Because there are two types of life. One is the life within and one is the life without. Life without is your life on the outside, and life within is there is full life happening within. And the quality of your life within, which is inside you, will decide the quality of the life outside you. So you're not living one life, you're living two lives. Life without, life within. This is also in the Bhagavad Gita, and this is also in any, uh, good book that you read. You will understand this. They might not use the words directly, but it's— this is what they mean. So understand, what is your life within created of? It is ruled by your values, your intuition, your thoughts, your beliefs, your feelings. So this is the cause of everything, and your life without is the effect. You know, supposing— let me give you a simple example that will help you understand. So supposing you are making chai, okay? So what is the cause for the chai? Chai patti, doodh, chini, uh, pani, adrak, elaichi. All of that is the ingredient. Then you mix it and the result is chai. So the chai is what? The chai is the result, it is the effect. But the ingredients was what? Chai patti, doodh, pani, whatever, adrak, elaichi, whatever you like to put in your chai. Just like that, the effect is the life that you experience on the outside. And what are the ingredients? Emotion, thoughts, beliefs, values, intuition. So if this is not happening right, the effect can never be right. So if you're making chai, but you put namak instead of sugar, chai achi nahi bane ki. Chai achi nahi bane ki. So you cannot fix the chai. The only way for you to fix the chai is to fix the ingredients. Just like that, if you want to fix the life outside, which is the life without, then you have to fix the life within. Is this clear to every— we'll just take 5 more minutes, I'm almost done. So you have to fix the life within. Because your life without, which is the visible world, is created by the invisible world. But if your invisible world is not arranged nicely based on the principles of God, then your visible world will never, never ever be what you want it to be like. Yeah, I gave you a very relatable example, it just came to me. Then one more thing that I want you to understand is the biggest block from you not getting intuition is fear. If you are constantly in fear, then good ideas will not come to you. Your intuition will not be able to guide you. So you have to learn to replace fear with faith. So, and why does the fear come? Because we are very obsessed about the outcome. But understand, you have no control over the outcome. You only have control over what you do. And the soon, and you know, it's all over Bhagavad Gita and all of that, but you know, maybe, uh, you know, sometime I'll explain this to you in detail. But for now, you just have to understand that I just have to use God's energy to do good work, and the results will follow, because that's how God is— impersonal. The good results will follow. But if you're constantly in fear, thinking, 'I will fail, I'll not be able to do it, I can't do it,' Then you will not get creative ideas from within. So how do you replace the fear? Connect with your solar plexus. Solar plexus is basically— it is the, uh, this thing, the central sun of your body, and it is the connection between the universal mind and the conscious mind. So you want to keep your solar plexus, the subconscious mind, activated all the time. So the best way to do it is to sit in silence for at least 1 minute a day, which we do. So all of you have a little taste of it. So you have to sit in silence just for 1 minute. You start and keep telling your subconscious mind, dear subconscious mind, please guide me, please protect me. And keep me on this Godly good path. Please guide me, please protect me, and please keep me on this Godly good path. Right? Then the next activity, so, is— I'm not ready to receive it. What does this mean? So supposing, and this is something I used a lot, I don't have to do it anymore because what people say to me has considerably shifted over the years. But earlier, you know, when I was in the growth phase, some of you might have to hear it now because you are in your growth phase. People will say things not to hurt you, but you know, just because they are conditioned to say things. Their intention is not to hurt you, you know, because I know my husband really loves me. And he's a very good husband. But sometimes, you know, he'll say things, and I'm not saying that I'm some Miss Perfect. I'm also sure that unintentionally, maybe I've also said a lot of things to him which were not things that I should have told him. So what I want to tell you is that when somebody is saying hurtful things to you, you can use this as a practice. You can say, I am already blessed with a lot. I don't have the space to receive this. So I used to say this a lot. Whenever somebody said something negative, rude, mean, hurtful to me, I would just say this: I'm already blessed with a lot. I don't have the space to receive this. And a simple example is, if somebody comes and gives you a garbage bag and tries to place it in your house, will you allow for that? Absolutely not. What will you do? You will take it and you throw it. So just like that, if somebody is trying to throw garbage at you through their words or, uh, expression or their mood— even their mood, sometimes, you know, people will not say a thing but their mood will be totally off. How many of you experienced that? You know, in some homes, like a friend of mine, she shared this with me. She said that my mom-in-law is very good, but every time I travel with my husband, she has a problem and her mood will be totally off. And you know, she will make me feel like I'm doing some crime. She'll not say anything to me, but she'll not even, you know, be happy about me traveling. She'll not even ask me after I come back, how was my holiday? And you know, I just feel so pressured when I'm traveling. So I told her, see, as long as you're not intentionally hurting her, this emotion is for her to deal with. You cannot change it because she's feeling what she's feeling because of the way she is thinking. You cannot take responsibility for everybody else's feelings. Please don't make that mistake. You know, I've done it for so many years, and you're only going to feel You know, shattered in the end. It's not worth it. You know, I would not say no to anybody. I just didn't want to make anybody feel bad. I wanted everybody to be happy. And I realized because of that, I almost lost so many years from my life. You don't have to be mean. You don't have to say hurtful things. But you also have to choose yourself. And when you choose yourself and people are not appreciating or accepting, that's okay. That's for them to deal with. You cannot grow while you're making everybody else happy. Please remember this for the rest of your life. If you are thinking that when you are growing, everybody will be very happy, it is never going to happen. Everybody will have a lot of problems when you are growing. But please don't stop growing even when they have problems. They will get used to this new version of you and they will accept this new version of you eventually. But in the beginning, just like you're going through your growth, they are going through this friction of seeing you grow. So it's not like they don't like you, they still like you, but they are not okay with seeing so many changes in you so quickly. You know, I experienced this because I was like a tail. Wherever my mother-in-law is there, I will like appear like a genie. You know, I dream of genie. Instantly she's in the kitchen, I'm in the kitchen. She's in the living room, I'm in the living room. She's in the— she's outside, I'm out. I'm like literally like following her like a tail. Now for somebody who's following her mother-in-law like a tail, suddenly if you stop doing that and you're sitting with a laptop How many of you agree it will not be easy for the mother-in-law? If you agree, put A for agree. So I had only trained her like that. So now if she is feeling disappointed, I cannot blame her completely. It is because of what I did for so many years. But just because now she is feeling disappointed, I also should not stop my growth. Yes. So I went through it, and eventually she was okay with it. I'm okay, and now she loves what I do. So this growth thing, everybody— most, not if— if not everybody, most of us have to go through it. Is this making sense? For some of you, it will be mother-in-law. Like for me, it was my mother-in-law. For some of you, it can be your husband. Maybe for some of you, you will feel you're neglecting your children. You're not neglecting your child when you're choosing your growth. In fact, you're helping your child when you're choosing your growth, right? So just say, I'm not ready to receive. Then this one, uh, another activity. So all of these activities will not take time. It's just like you working on yourself as you live your life. You don't need separate time for this. Then the 10-year-later experiment. Now, what is the 10-year-later experiment? I learned this from Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple. So this is what he would do. He would stand in front of the mirror and he would ask himself a question that, "If I don't do this, will I regret it 10 years from now?" And if your answer is yes, then please do it now. You don't want to delay it even by a week. Is this making sense? Because, you know, one life, and you know, we just have to— and he would also ask this question that, "What if I died today? Would I be okay with not doing this? Would I like to have tried this before I died?" And if your answer is yes, then please do it. Yes. Don't stop yourself. You know, I'm telling you, like, now I'm seeing the average age group. Most of you are 35, 40, 50. Put your age in the chat box. Kab jiengi apne liye? Aadi life toh chali ke 75, 80 average Indian age, especially because of all the kachori, puchka, and all that goes in. 75-80 is the average Indian age. So for most of us, one-third life over, and from what I see, half life over. Jo bacha bhai, usmein bhi aadha time sone mein, or nhaane mein, or khane mein chala jaayega. So if you see, effectively we are left with 5 to 10 years properly— to create an impact in this world, of 15 years, let's say, of hours, basically, to create a massive impact in our lives or create some shift or experience life the way it has to be experienced. So please do not stay stuck in your head. Do something. And then the Body Talk experiment. Now, what is the Body Talk experiment? What is the Body Talk experiment? Ask yourself, when somebody hurts you or somebody gives you a hurtful comment, where do you feel it in your body? Is— do you get a headache? Do you feel it in your stomach? Do you feel it in your chest? How many of you feel the— or maybe some of you never even noticed where you feel it, because we are not— we are living on autopilot. So for me, every time I have gone through those low life phases, I have felt it here. You know, I just feel like there's a lump here. So you know, for different people, you know, some of you will get butterflies in your stomach, some of you will start breathing fast, headache, or whatever. If I cry a lot, then I definitely get a headache. And my whole body is, you know, even if I'm talking in a little loud voice, I will start crying. Because I'm not used to talking loudly. So all of you need to identify where do you feel it in your body, and next time somebody tells you something like that, then you want to give a lot of love to that part of your body, and then you want to tell your body, we don't want to receive it. I don't want to receive it here. Already God has given me so much, so I want to replace it with God energy. Thank you. So you replace it with God energy, and there is no need for you to receive it in that body because it will stay stored in that part of your body, and that is what ultimately leads to so many diseases like cancer, diabetes, thyroid, because it remains stuck in that part for too long. So you want to remove it quickly. And all of you can have your own ways of removing it, maybe dancing, maybe singing, maybe going for a walk, maybe reading, maybe watching my courses, maybe chanting, whatever works for you. So these are the different activities. So now I'm going to share my screen, you can take a screenshot. And of course you have to connect with one live— one mother live, like, uh, sorry, you have to connect with two mothers from your team and you have to meet me live at least once a week. Okay. So if you do all of this, then you will get 200 points. So if you see, you will not take any time. Repeat the mantra, 1 minute se bhi come, 20 seconds. 24-hour silence, ismein toh time bachega aapka. Cotton experiment we already did, so this is already done. Then the fear thing, talk, sitting in silence for 1 minute, again already done. So let me just write this, sit in silence. For 1 minute. Then 2 types of world, inner world and outer world. So here I'm just telling you that you have to be very mindful of the life within because that's what's going to create the life without. Then I'm not ready to receive it, which means that repeating that thing that God has given me so much, I'm not ready to receive any pain, any hurt. Then 10-year later experiment, if you're going to regret it 10 years from now, then do it now. And the body experiment. So how many of you think all of these activities you can actually do today only? Not take you more than 10 minutes. So the way I've designed these activities, it's not like you're sitting and filling out some big sheet of paper, but it is about you experiencing the shift in your body. If you love this, put love, because believe you— please believe me Your inner world is so important. I cannot— I'm sure all of you already know it, but now I want you to actually experience it, and I actually want you to start listening to your inner world. Right now I have two quick updates for you. Tomorrow, because this is the growth week, every day we are having a call. Tomorrow we have a very, very, very special call. It starts at 5 We are going to spotlight 3 beautiful stories and we are going to do crazy shares. Please be there. It is the most inspiring call where you will have real stories of real mothers. You want me to share the screen again? Real stories of real mothers sharing their wins, breakthroughs, how their lives have shifted, transformed completely. And you know, it will be very, uh, you know, some parts will be very inspiring, some parts will be emotional, some parts will shake you from within, but one thing I can tell you, it will give you a lot of hope and it will make you feel what is truly possible for you and your family. So if you're going to be there 1000%, put 1000 in the chat box. Please do not— you, even if you cannot turn on your camera, it's okay. Close your cameras and listen. And this call was originally only for the Platinum Mothers. Only in the last few months We have opened it up for everybody. So this is a call, it's like a monthly tracker for the Platinum Mothers to track their progress. Then I opened it up for everybody because I felt that when you see what they are experiencing, you can also make a more informed decision when you choose to be in Platinum. So you'll actually— because you know what I share, I share, but when you hear them share, your faith will be more. Yes. If you agree, put A for agree. And when you hear mothers like you sharing, because you might feel naan ki Riddhi ke leye easy hai, bolna Riddhi kar sakthi hai, you know, she can do but I can't. But when you see other mothers like you do it, you will feel that, oh, I can also do it. And honestly speaking, I'm just like you, not somebody special. It's just that I have been doing this for 10 years and some of you are just getting started. Yes. That's the only difference. But when I started, I was exactly like you. In fact, I was worse. I was in such a rock bottom, low life condition, I was not even able to— you know, I was stammering when I was speaking. I could not speak without stammering. And I would cry in every other line. So most of you in this room are doing better than me. Yes. So I just want to tell you, if I can do it, you can do it. And you know, some of you ask me, no, how can you trust us so much? How can you tell us ho jayega, aap fir ho bhi jaate hain, ma'am? Aapko kaise pata chalte hain ho jayega? Mujhe isliye pata chalte hain, you ki agar mera ho sakthe hain, to kisi ka bhi ho sakthe hain. Because I have gone through that journey, and that's why I know that, you know, you might not believe in yourself, but I can see myself in each one of you. So I know it is possible for every single one of you. So please be there. And also the 3-day boot camp, I hope you blocked your calendars. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Friday and Saturday it will be 6 to 8 PM, and Sunday will be 11 o'clock in the morning. So 19th June, 20th June, 21st June. So the topic for our boot camp is Discover and Build Yourself. I'm going to give you some mind-blowing concepts, very simple ideas, but it is going to change you from inside out. And all you need to do is show up for 2 hours and just listen. How many of you think what we are doing is very simple? It's like parenting satsang. Time for the boot camp: Friday 6 to 8, Saturday 6 to 8, Sunday 11 o'clock in the morning. Clear? Yeah, Nidhi, if you want to, we have this whole message, you know, which we gave so many times. We've explained, just connect with a super coach, Nidhi, and she can explain it to you how you can invite. Yes, and now if you're ready for the winners, put ready. And things have totally changed. I told you, don't get overconfident. On position 1, this time we have Team 4. Team 4, well done, good. And on position 2, we have Team 10. And on position 3, we have Team 1. So things can keep changing. None of us should get into— like, none of us should be like the rabbit and feel overconfident that hamein toh koi hara nahi sakta, because kuch bhi ho sakta hai. Sometimes the tortoise is going to beat. So, but you know, this is not— it's just a friendly friendly mission. I've just done it to gamify it so that, you know, that's how our brains are designed. It releases dopamine when there is some leader and points and all of that. But otherwise, this is like we are all on a— on the same mission, and we are all moving towards the same, uh, target of turning every home into a God-conscious home. So that's my time. Let's all put congratulations for all the winning teams, 4, 10, and 1, and all the other teams, your The scores are very, very close. So please make it happen. And some of you are holidaying. So even in your holiday, you can do your mission. The mission activities are very simple. So just because you're on a holiday, don't ditch your teams. Be with your teams. Don't forget about them just because you're on a holiday. And finish your mission because this is about you, your child, your life, your family, your dreams, your purpose, your mission. Yes., and you need to show up for that, right? So I'm going to put the form link again. Can we have the form link, the Platinum interest, as well as the PDF if they want the presentation? Can we have it once again so that I can close the chat? Yes, thank you so much. And I want to thank all the super coaches for doing this fabulous work in the background, and all— not just the super coaches, the whole leadership for inspiring the mothers to take action and supporting them on this journey. So the first form that you see is for you to claim your presentation, the 6-step, and the second link is the Platinum interest form. So please make sure you fill this out and you'll get more. If you are already a Platinum mother, don't fill out the second link. Only if you are a Gold mother or you have been invited, then you fill this out. Okay. And, uh, somebody will reach out to you and they can share more details. Or if there's any question that you need to ask, you can do that so that you can make a more informed decision. Amazing. So thank you so much, everybody. Love you. Sending you lots of blessings. Saying hi to Richa's son and Urvi's son and all the children who are on the call. Love you guys too much. Love you, love you, love you. Stay blessed. Take care and have a great blessed evening. Thank you. Good night. Good night.
