Yeah, okay. Uh, so again, hello everyone, my name is Chetna Jagavatya and a mother of two sons, two brave sons. They are 9 years and, uh, 5 years. And, uh, you know, I was a mother once, used to feel very emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed, sometimes angry, sometimes feeling guilty. But slowly I learned how to make connection with my kids. And completely changed my parenting style after joining EPH. So the whole transformation becomes so possible with the, with the entire community and Riddhi Ma'am, uh, and that is what I'm going to share today. Like, today I want to share my heart, my struggles, my breakthroughs, and how my entire, you know, my child has screen addiction, has, and the emotional chaos which he used to make in the house, in the whole, uh, you know, environment in the home, uh, has changed to connection, calmness, and, you know, into the book love especially. So what he has done is like— I, ma'am, if I have permission, I wanted to show my slides. I have a presentation. Yes, now you can. You want me to share it for you? If you can say share it with me, I can share it. Yeah, okay. Yeah, now it's working. Okay. Okay, we don't see your screen yet. Have you already shared? Yeah, no, no, no, let me see it once again. You do free flow, you can open it, you can see your slide and you can just do it. Yeah, now I have selected. Yeah, yeah, I think it's getting shared. Yeah, yeah, we see it. Yes. Okay, so this entire, you know, this is my journey, like a transformation journey from screen time to book love, and that happened just because of Riddhi Ma'am and the EPH community. And how does it happen and where did it start, the entire thing which I'm going to share today? So, you know, before joining, uh, EPH, before joining EPH, my child used to, uh, have the screen time beyond 7 hours daily because I live in a joint setup. And sometimes if even if I wanted to, you know, just save, you know, control his screen time, he used to get the screen time from the, uh, the other, other members of the family. So what I did is like, and slowly I could see the changes happening in him. Like, he was getting, uh, whenever I used to take the screen away from him, he used to show so much of tantrums, aggression. He used to hit me, throwing things, constantly demand for the screen. Wherever we go, he just wanted to have the screen only. Going into the restaurant, he wanted to have the screen. If we are going to a movie, He doesn't want— wanted to watch the movie, he just wanted the screen, you know, whatever he wants to see. So somewhere in all this chaos, I was just losing myself. I was constantly overwhelmed. Uh, I used to feel why I am shouting so much, why I am getting triggered so easily, why I am able to stay calm, why I'm not able to stay calm. And the hardest part was after reacting, after shouting sometimes, and even after hitting, I used to cry, crying alone. As mothers, you know, I think so many of you might relate to it, that as mothers we don't want to hurt our children. We really wanted them to be a good human and, you know, emotionally strong, and they should not, you know, I mean, we wanted to control their activities which we feel that are harming their, you know, entire thing. But when we are— we ourselves are emotionally exhausted, we start reacting instead of responding. So that is what I was happening. I was in a joint family. I was, you know, had so many of, you know, challenges which I used to have, like frustration, so much of work, you know, workload was there because it's a joint family. Everybody— I was pleasing everybody. And, you know, and honestly, the biggest challenge was not only my child, the biggest challenge was my own emotional state. I was frustrated, emotionally drained, mentally overloaded. Tantrums felt impossible to handle that time, in every single day. Required the patience which I was not getting. I had no emotional energy left. And when I, you know, when I joined— and I think that many mothers here, I think, will relate to this— sometimes we love our children so deeply but still don't know how to handle the situations calmly. And I still remember that day, one day in in March, like 2025, I was just sitting in a temple and I was crying just the way I'm crying. I'm so sorry for this, uh, you know, I really wanted to be— want to give this presentation in very strong way, but, uh, it happens whenever I, you know, tell this story to anybody. Crying is in EPH. Yes, okay, it is acceptable. Uh, yeah, I was sitting in the temple and I was like crying, and I remember, uh, I was praying to the God, please tell me how do I become a good mother? How do I stop shouting? How do I handle the screen addiction? Not only the screen addiction, but how do I control these all tantrums is the most important thing. And At the exact time, I, I remember just after, you know, doing the prayer and something, uh, somebody called me and I just hold my phone and the— and some random message came from one of my friend and there was an Instagram. Honestly speaking, I was never a social media person. I never used to, you know, scroll this Reels much. So I, you know, I've never thought of parenting Instagram, YouTube, I never thought of such kind of, uh, examples, such kind of things. So I never used to scroll, and but somehow, uh, that day I just clicked on that Instagram, uh, link which my friend shared with me, and it was like a funny video on the, you know, the child and the mother was doing something something, and it was a very funny video, and this I just scrolled up. And you won't believe that, and there comes that, you know, parenting masterclass by Riddhi Deorah, and she's telling, do you, are you exhausted with your child watching the screen? And you know, so much of, so that, that kind of thing appeared, uh, and whatever she was telling was, everything was happening with me. Are you overwhelmed? Do you want your child to be, uh, you know, calm child? Not frustrated, not throwing things here and there and kind of thing. And I still remember, ma'am, I started crying even more. And you know why? Because in that moment I genuinely felt that God has answered me. And that same day on, and it was the Akadshi day, I was fasting also, and I joined that Easy Parenting Home as a Gold Mother. I had this much amount only in my— because I'm a home— I was a homemaker. I am still a homemaker, but yes, I have certain breakthroughs also, uh, that I will share some time later. Maybe today is like only the screen time. How did I— you know, this much time only I have to share my things. So next, I wanted to tell you, uh, about my, you know, how this entire Gold journey happened to me. So again, uh, in March I was like crying, and then Instagram message came up, and then, you know, Gold, uh, I joined Gold. And in May, it took me time because I was, you know, after joining the Gold member, something inside me was shifting every very quickly. Like, uh, I used to do the missions and everything. I was very consistent with that. I became very consistent. Sometimes I was little inconsistent because I didn't tell anybody at home. So, uh, slowly and steadily it shifted. And, uh, for the first time I felt— but the most important and a very beautiful thing was like, for the very first time I was felt understood. I felt supported that there is somebody. And I started felt that feeling that maybe I'm not a bad mother, I just need guidance. And then I started listening to Platinum Shares and listening to other mothers. They were used to share so many things, so many breakthroughs. They were— and their breakthroughs inspired me so much. And without thinking, when the Platinum, uh, subscription plan opened in May, I upgraded to Platinum. I asked my brother— I didn't ask my husband because he will not I used to think that he will not understand me. So that was my notion. So I knew it, okay, he will not give me this much of amount to spend on myself. Though I had my own, uh, you know, I had my own FDs and everything, but he has the total control over it. He had a joint account in that, and if I, you know, take out the money, he will get to know and there will be a whole emotional drama at the home. So I, I didn't do that. So I asked my brother and did the payment. And within a month, I, you know, you know, keep trying with my husband. It's a funny story, I'll tell you somewhere sometime, you know, how did I do that. I, I told ma'am, and ma'am knows that's that story, husband to, you know, agree that he wanted to spend 2 lakh rupees on me. Though it was all mine, but still he agreed to, you know, for me to break the— that FDs. So then, and, uh, and Guru— and then came the Guru Purnima day when the Elite membership was introduced. And without a second thought, I joined Elite too, because somewhere in my heart I knew, uh, I want this lifelong guidance, not only for my present parenting journey, like the toddler journey and the preteen journey, but I also need it for the teenage parenting. Teenage parenting I have already touched in the Platinum because I started, you know, learning about the teenage parenting when I used to go to the Platinum course. So many of boot camps, so many things. So I honestly knew that the live energy of Riddhi Ma'am sessions is something totally different, and I wanted it for my lifetime. So you don't just So here we just don't listen, you know, learn parenting here, ma'am. You, you really heal us emotionally too. That's what I wanted to tell everyone here. No, and, and I'm so, so, so thankful to you that you are doing this. You know, it's really a blessing that I am parenting her. Yes, it's a blessing to have you. Yeah, thank you. Now, uh, to share how EPH helped me, because it's so structured and everything, I wanted to tell so many more things. This is me, you know, and my EPH community. Some of the members, we met them, uh, you know, offline, and it's— it was amazing. So inside EPH, I learned something life-changing. Parenting is not only about, you know, correcting or controlling your children. Ma'am used to tell in the sankirtan, we are here to serve them, not to control them. And then that's what has changed the entire thing, you know. My, my whole thinking changed. So I started, you know, thinking about the way that I'm serving them, so I cannot, you know, hit them, I cannot show my frustration to them. So I slowly— the things were changing in myself. So I started regulating my own self. I learned NLP techniques. This is again a part of Platinum, I would say, wherein I would be used to anchor the calmness. You know, we get the trigger points, how to figure out your trigger points, how to, you know, control them. And such kind of techniques were shared. And I was, you know, especially, uh, I anchored the calmness. Uh, I, whenever I am in chaos nowadays also, I used to, uh, you know, press my anchor and get calm that time. Initially, it was so much of heartburn used to happen because I was, you know, practicing that. But with practice, it happened, and that changed everything for me. Earlier, I used to react immediately, and now I have learned to pause, breathe, and respond instead of reacting. So, um, honestly, that one shift alone changed my home environment. I received so much of emotional support from EPH mothers, coaches, leaders, and the, uh, and the, and the first time I realized that mothers also need emotional support. We all— yes, it's true that we all as a mother also need support. It's not only the kids need their mother to support them emotionally, we also need some, some emotional support which we don't get from anybody else, not even from the husband much. So this community, you know, this community helps us in doing that, and I don't want to lose it for my lifetime. So I, I jumped into the, uh, this Platinum Elite thing. Then, you know, what, what did I do is like, uh, I put on passwords, you know, because brain chalne lagta hai na, aapka. Energy— when your energy is aligned, after doing sankirtan, I used to do meditation, the one-minute silence. It used to give me different ideas, you know, how to control my child. And of course, uh, the entire, you know, all the techniques ma'am has shared with us, uh, I used to use that, you know, connection before correction. So I did that connection part, started, you know, very on a very fast pace. I used to go outing, I used to play with him, 10 minutes hug. So many things I started doing with my child, and he, he tried, he started listening to me. Uh, but yes, screen time, again, 7 hours to 30 minutes was very difficult, you know. I struggled for almost 2-3 months with him. He used to hit me also, he used to push me also, but I stayed very patient. And this patience I have learned from EPH, from Riddhi Ma'am. So much of patience that she's still listening to me. And so much of patience that she's on the call and, you know, telling everybody, see what I'm giving to you. So this is what I have learned. And consistently I use all those techniques which I have learned in EPH in child connection part and in other, you know, things. And, you know, uh, with my— with my— with the support of my super coaches, with captains, with leaders, I used to talk with other mothers also who was facing the similar kind of issues. We, we try to come up with, uh, you know, different strategies also sometimes. Uh, some of the mother— I still remember one or two mothers I got very good friend of us, we are. And then, uh, slowly some beautiful transformation started. I put in passwords in on my— on the screen and then make them go for the activities. I started, you know, sending them to the skating classes. I used to go along with them, and meanwhile I used to, you know, do my learning also when they are doing skating and all. So I utilized the time, you know, I kept learning consistently, and my child's screen time reduced from 7 hours to just 30 minutes. Wow. And yes, and the best part is now he— the He doesn't even demand screens after school. Earlier he used to say, uh, school say aate, he wanted that screen, you know. He used to sit in front of the camera, no dress change, no uniform change, nothing. But now what he is doing is he independently chooses the books, you know. He read the books while before sleeping, and sometimes he reads in the washroom also. And we keep on, you know, banging the door, please come out, others also wanted to go to the washroom. Because he, he is so much grossed in the books now. And this entire thing, uh, again, this idea was given by Riddhi Ma'am only that we should, you know, think about, you know, making the kids— book reading is a very good part which we can involve in everybody's, every child's, you know. This helps them enhance their knowledge also and their vocabulary. And so many good things happen when, when kids start, you know, reading the books. So I, uh, I used to read books, but I was not so consistent. But after, you know, joining and, you know, talking to Riddhi Ma'am in one of the calls, and we started, you know, uh, doing it consistently. So yeah, Vashim is something, again, that time we used to bang all the time. And then honestly, uh, that moment feels unreal to me sometimes that he is doing— he's a book reader now. After, you know, 6-7 months of, you know, struggle, now he is like book reader and he's a speed reader now. Today, uh, if I talk about him, uh, he is a brilliant— he was a brilliant child, but because the screen time was, you know, not helping him doing much. So now he's, uh, he's going for the abacus classes. He's good in that. He's got— he's getting awards. And today I see a completely different version of my child. He has become a book lover, a speed reader. He's a very speed reader. He used to, you know, read the books. If one book has 200 pages, he can read it in a day. One day, entire day. School se aaya, book khola, pannay lag gaya, late ke pad rahi hai, bad ke pad rahi hai, khana khaate mein pad rahi hai, mother has to complete that. He has So much book lover or bookworm. Sometimes I get irritated also because he's not doing anything else, but it's good. That better than screen time. So emotionally he's very calm now and more focused and more engaged with the real life situations. Now he understands me when I talk to him. Yes, that can you please— do you understand I'm right now busy with something? Can you please— can we talk? So So he started doing that, and most importantly, our relationship has changed. There is more connection now, more conversation. We used to have— he tell me everything. Uh, once there was an instance, uh, ma'am, if you allow me. Yes, please. Yeah, there was an instant where he was— yeah, yeah, there was an instance where he— you— he got a new word, uh, a bad word, an abusive word from the school. And he— we had, because of this entire good connection we have, and I used to tell him, whatever the new word you used to, you know, listen in the school, you please come and tell Mama. And plus, uh, just let me know, I'll tell you the meaning, and then only you can use it. So never use any, uh, you know, different, uh, language, uh, or any different word which you come, come across. So that connection we because we had a very good connection, he came himself. Earlier he never used to do that. He did one abusive word written to her, uh, to her auntie once, and I— that time we, we scolded him, and I was— I got so much frustrated, I slapped him, and this kind of happened. And this time he came up with another word, and he told me, and I was able to make him understand, no, uh, you know, this is an abusive word, this is a bad word. And this actually happened just because we have the very good connection now. And I realized something very important, that when children feel connected, they naturally move away from unhealthy habits, be it screen time, be it negative words, be it abusive words, be it negative environment which they are into. Yes. So yeah, and, uh, my biggest learning— so my biggest learning through this journey is like children do not need any kind of control, uh, they need connection. And consistency matters, then intensity. Intensity, that what do I— I would like to say, because, uh, it's not being a perfect parent for one day It's about showing up calmly, consistently, every single day. Yes, and truly a calm parent can change the entire energy of the home. Now, because I'm calm, my child is calm, my husband doesn't, you know, get irritated on anybody. Because whenever children, you know, he enters the home, children are, you know, hugging him and doing, you know, loving him, because we have a very good connection now. Everyone together. Yes, good connection with husband, good connection. So connection, everything starts with connection. And you being calm, your energy should become— so today, uh, my message to the entire, you know, uh, here is to every mother sitting here, I just wanted to say transformation is possible for you, for my child, for your child. For every child in this world. No matter how overwhelmed you feel right now, things can change. Yes, it's— it takes patience. Yes, it takes consistency, but you are not alone. And sometimes one supportive community and a mentor like Riddhi Ma'am, one right guidance, you know, can completely transform your parenting journey. So take small steps daily, keep learning, be a good student. Yes, surrender to him, to her, and create a massive long-term change. That I wanted to, you know, this is my message for all the parents, all the, all the mothers out here. Riddhi ma'am, this is for you. So what you are to me is like, this slide is specially for you, and And it's very emotional for me. For me, Riddhi Ma'am is not just a parenting coach. She became a guiding light to my life. She's doing my life coaching, not only mine but for the other mothers also. She's a guiding light. She's a relationship guiding light, a mentor who consistently supports, supports each and everyone here and who teaches with patience. Who genuinely wants to raise every child, every parent as a God-conscious. And she, she really wanted to raise a God-conscious families. And which is like nobody else in the whole world, I can say, I can truly, I can totally say that nobody is doing this. Everybody is just telling you the techniques, this and that kind of techniques, but nobody is thinking of, you know, raising a God-conscious child, which is very much important because Children nowadays are not spiritually aligned. That's why they are getting so much bad company, so much bad things. They are not actually getting aligned with the right, uh, right energy. So this energy, this God energy, has to be imbibed into them, each and everyone. And one deep— one thing I deeply admire is, uh, no mother feels alone inside EPH. That what Riddhi Ma'am has created, a such beautiful community. And I must say, thank you, ma'am. Uh, I deeply grateful, grateful to you for creating such a beautiful and easy to follow this parenting courses. And, uh, grateful for this life, Riddhi, for me at least. Lifetime for me. I would prefer, and I would say that every mother here should definitely, you know, uh, think of, you know, becoming a lifetime, have this access to the lifetime community. For me, it's a lifetime community. I'm so, so, so grateful. With honesty and feel like this, uh, this entire community is like a family for me now. And hopefully every mother, be it a Gold Mother or a Platinum Mother, would agree to me. If you agree, please put agree so that I am also happy that yes, I could, you know. And, uh, grateful to all EPH mothers, leaders, captains, coaches for emotionally supporting each other and through every phase whenever I wanted. And, and finally, I'm just grateful that the mothers who once, uh, you know, I'll close my statement with saying that I'm so grateful that I once was sitting crying in a temple, today here sharing hope with other mothers that yes, you know, you can also overcome your whole emotions, cry
