These are three tips to help with your anxiety. Number one, don't look at your phone for at least an hour after you wake up and an hour before you go to bed. That thing that's in your pocket can be your main culprit to all of your anxiety. Number two, don't eat any food that comes inside of a box. Processed foods have really high sugar content and preservatives, and both of those cause really high spikes in blood sugar and drops in blood sugar, which can make you more anxious. And number three, try to stop drinking coffee for the next seven days. Although there's few things in this world that are better than a cup of coffee in the morning, caffeine can actually induce anxiety symptoms or make your symptoms worse.
