Yeah. So if you can understand this, though, it's absolutely change your life. The way I want you to think of your mind, right, is like a garden. If you have a garden, you can't go to your garden and plant strawberry seeds and just expect that tomatoes are going to grow from strawberry seeds, right? Well, the same is true for your mind. You cannot be negative. Talk down to yourself and surround yourself with a whole bunch of negative people and just expect that you're magically going to have this positive life. Because just as the garden, your input is going to always equal your output. So if you want a positive life, if you want a better life, you have to change the way that you speak to yourself. Before anything else, you have to change your input so that your output changes. If you change your thoughts in your head, then you surround yourself with the right people. Then you realize that people aren't just born positive, they have to work at it daily. It's a practice that you have to put into your life. And so if you want to build an amazing life, you just have to pay attention to what you say to yourself and realize that it all starts in your mind.
