You're comparing your chapter one to someone else's chapter twenty. Everyone starts at the beginning and progresses at their own pace. Instead of measuring yourself against others, measure yourself against who you were yesterday.
Chapters
So how do you stop comparing yourself? Well, the quote that I like to remember when I think about comparing myself is that you can't Compare your chapter one to somebody else's chapter 20. So maybe you're looking at somebody on Instagram and you're like, oh, my God, they have their best body. I want that body. And then you work out for a couple weeks, and then your body does not look like their body. But a lot of times when you see someone who has an incredible body, that's like five, six, seven years of work, their chapter 20 is way further along than your chapter one. But you also have to realize this person once started at Chapter one as well, and then work through every single chapter to get to where they are now. So as long as you start stop looking at other people and all you do is compare yourself to who you were yesterday and try to be better than you were yesterday, you will see incremental improvements. You fast forward that for years, you're a completely different person.
