If I offered you $10 million right now, would you take it? Okay, well, let's say that there's a catch. And the catch is that you don't wake up tomorrow. Would you take it? No. Then that means that your life must be worth more than $10 million to you. So why are you treating your health like it's worthless? The fast food, the no sleep, the alcohol, no exercise, chronic stress. You're basically playing Russian roulette with your future. And when your health crashes, none of that shit that you worry about on a normal day matters. You'd give everything that you have to get your health back, to fix the damage, to feel normal again. And by then, it might be too late. We only value health once it's gone. Everybody has a million problems until they lose their health, and then they only have one problem.
