When fat is harvested for breast fat transfer, planning also includes the donor areas. In my practice, BodyTite and Morpheus8 may be offered for those fat removal areas, but they are not automatic. They are considered only after an individualized evaluation of anatomy, skin quality, treatment overlap, procedure length, recovery goals, risks, and patient preference, followed by informed consent. Of course, these technologies do not replace a breast lift when excess skin needs to be removed.
