Rob Greenlee argues AI can't replicate genuine emotional connection or drive long-term loyalty when people know they're talking to a machine. He says AI lacks original thought, just remixing human data into new combinations. He worries about AI trained on AI-generated content creating an "incestuous" feedback loop.

acceptance of what you're doing. And emotional connection fosters long-term loyalty. And AI is just not— I don't think it's going to do that, especially if they know that it's AI, right? Granted, if you're trying to deceive somebody, it's it. And that may be where we go for a while until there's enough backlash. But the other aspect is original thought and creativity. Is the AI really just gonna mimic things? It's not gonna have any original thoughts. Is it gonna create— I mean, it does create new mashups, might be a good term to describe it, of things that it learns from its training, right? It does generate unique things every time it creates something, but it basically generates data based on content, right, that it's gotten from likely from humans, right? I do wonder about this, and I was gonna talk about a little bit later in the episode, is will someday AI learn from AI? Will AI watch AI-generated content to learn? I don't, it seems very incestuous, right? Where the AI is getting trained by other AIs, but I, I, I suppose that's possible. It depends on how specialized the AI is.
