Rob Greenlee stopped treating podcasting and video as competitors. Instead of picking a side, he focuses on what each format offers audiences and how they fit into a creator's overall strategy. He urges other creators to stay flexible and use both.
And just wanted to say that I've been doing a lot of thinking about the commentary that I'm putting out about podcasting and what the future looks like and how everybody's all worried about video. So my kind of adjustment, my thinking is that going forward I'm going to be extremely positive about being an online kind of media creator and thinking more broadly about what podcasting is and what it means to the consumers of podcasting and how that translates into how I think about being a content creator. So I encourage you all to just kind of open your minds and think about what you're putting out there in the world
