This sounds really counterintuitive, but being vulnerable enough to know that you absolutely have no idea what you're doing and asking the right questions. I don't know if anyone saw Obama's commencement speech. There's two things I've seen over the last three weeks that I adored. One was Obama's commencement speech last Saturday, and the other was George W. Bush's PSA about unity. Ironically, the two of them I thought were very close. But Obama said, I'm worried that people aren't asking the right questions. And I just thought that was such an important thing that I learned back then was like, I'm telling people my ideas instead of asking questions. And so being vulnerable enough to know what you don't know, ask questions, I guess to me has served me pretty well in this process.
Yeah, that's really great. It's all about asking the right kind of question.
And make sure you listen to the answer, P.S. There's that part too.
