In this solo monologue, the speaker explains that their primary sources of inspiration and motivation stem from innovators and entrepreneurs who pursue bold, problem‑solving ideas, especially when leveraging cutting‑edge technology. They argue that business and law are inseparably linked: deep legal knowledge without managerial tools leaves a venture incomplete, while business skills without legal awareness are similarly deficient. The speaker further contends that entrepreneurship is not merely an academic major but a mindset and lifestyle that drives initiative, responsibility, and community impact across government, private, and startup environments. This mindset guides the speaker’s personal, professional, and business decisions.

I always say a huge part of my personal inspiration and motivation comes from people with crazy ideas, people who always seek to innovate, to solve problems, to make life easier, to be part of the change. People, you know, who act forward and think forward, and these people are entrepreneurs, people who— and I believe always on the fact that startups, you know, can make a change, especially using the latest technological tools. Another aspect is that I'm also one of the people who believe that there is, if you can call it, an inseparable interconnection between the business and the law. If a person is, let's say, if a person knows so much about the legal framework, the process, the procedures, the prerequisites, but then doesn't really have the managerial, I wouldn't say skills, but more of tools they need to take their startup or project to the next level, then there is something missing. So the business and the law always complement each other in that. Also, the way we see or the way we perceive business entrepreneurship, I don't think it's just simply a major. I believe it's more of a mindset, it's more of a lifestyle, it's more of a way of thinking, you know, it It pushes people to take initiative wherever they are, whether they're working in a governmental sector or a private sector, or they have their own startup. It pushes people to be more responsible towards their communities and towards their workplace. And it's just amazing. It amazes me, you know, such a mindset helps me in moving forward and taking decisions that are either business-related or professional or personal related.
