After finishing the Founder Institute program, founders keep using FYI.co, the resource hub, for practical help. One founder consulted it while drafting a conditional offer for a new hire, showing the materials stay useful long after the curriculum ends.
I think it's very interesting that I keep going back to FYI's website even now. Every time I have a— I'm thinking about something else, right? Like I'm thinking of, oh, I'm making an offer to a new employee. I go back to FYI.co and then go to the resources and I'm like, oh, how do I make a conditional offer to this person that I'm bringing it up? So it was really good when I started, but I keep going back to because there's just so much resources available. So I found that That sort of builds on top of what Jack was saying, that it's not a one-time. Yeah.
