invite startups into the conversation, invite people that are trying to make an impact into the conversation early when they're developing their products. Because I think that, you know, schools aren't necessarily always open to doing that. They look for the bigger companies, you know, the established players, and they look for community-based organizations and CBOs, and they look for professional development. Right? So I've heard conversations where folks are trying to figure out how to become better trauma-informed educators right now, as an example, because kids are dealing with trauma. But it's like, they need resources today for that. They don't have time for you to go to a professional development workshop and try to become trauma-informed as an educator when you're dealing with trauma your own self. So be like, let's work together. And figure out what we can do now and start collaborating to build a better future. I think that schools and educators always think that they have to do it all themselves, in other words. And once they figure out where— yeah, once they figure out, like, what they think it should be, then they want to have a conversation. And that's not collaborative, and I think that's limiting.
I love that advice because founders are the ones who can move fast. So, yeah, educators out there who are in need of new solutions should definitely be interacting with founders because they can deliver, like, faster. They can iterate faster. They can deliver the solutions probably faster than, you know, the big traditional education providers that they maybe feel more comfortable with, like institutionally.
Yeah. And it's like, we need you. We need that input to make sure that we're going down the right path because all we're trying to do is make the best solution that's going to have an impact, right? That's where we're at. Other folks are like, we figured it out. This is our product. Here you go. We're like, what are you trying to do today? Let's make this thing happen.
