A founder who's raised $1.5 billion for his own companies and $2-3 billion for others says there's no repeatable system for it. Luck matters more than method. Y Combinator is the only one with a real system, and even that only works for seed stage.

And YC's probably the only one, but they do it on the seed only, which is like, go.
