today, when you're thinking about your own company or your own venture or something you want to start, it really comes down to just how much you believe in it and how much you believe in your team. Because with all the others quitting, sometimes they quit before they really have to. And so by simply being persistent right now and choosing to elect to not be the person who quits when it's really hard and really dark, you not only you keep your own thread going, but you buoy yourself up because of everyone else throwing in the towel. So there's a, there's a force multiplier effect to being persistent. And also, as the leader of your company, you know, the person carrying the torch, it's up to you to keep that morale up high and not ever let your team feel the panic or fear, right? If you're feeling it, talk to your fellow entrepreneurs, but don't let that trickle down to your crew. You need to keep them happy. And if you can do that, I think not only can you survive, you can thrive.
