Real estate Instagram traps to avoid. One of the biggest ones is people fall into the Instagram trap of, uh, it— real estate always appreciates— all, all the taglines that get you sucked in. The only issue with that is if you have limited true experience of real estate ownership and you're trying to learn through reading books, all that stuff's good, but a doctor also goes to school for 7 years.
