In this short YouTube video, the host presents a "Two Lies and a Truth" game for property managers. He lists three dramatic tenant scenarios: (A) a SWAT team forcibly entering a tenant’s unit, (B) a tenant calling emergency maintenance because a pet python was loose, and (C) a tenant leaving a basement full of creepy dolls. Viewers are asked to guess which story is true. The host then reveals that the SWAT incident (A) actually happened, emphasizing that while most rental experiences are positive, unexpected events like a SWAT raid can occur. He ends with a call to action, encouraging viewers to comment their guesses and follow for more property‑management anecdotes.

Welcome to Two Lies and a Truth, Property Management Edition. How this works is I'm going to tell you two lies and one truth, and I need you to comment down below what you think has actually happened to us. A, we had a SWAT team come and bust down the door of one of our tenants. B, we had a tenant call our emergency maintenance line because their pet python was loose in the house and they needed help catching it. And C, we had a tenant that had a bunch of creepy dolls in their basement that we had to clean out upon move out. Do you have your answers in? The correct answer was A. We did have SWAT come and bust down a tenant's door. And this is just a reminder that with rental properties, anything can happen. Most experiences are great, but every once in a while you get a middle of the night call that your tenants got SWATed. Follow for more property management trivia.
