How do we prioritize maintenance calls at Resolute RDM? We prioritize them in 3 different categories. There's emergency, which is going to be your fire, no heat, frigid temperatures, or water leaks. You also have your urgent, which is your refrigerator has stopped, toilet's clogged, you have your air conditioner that stopped working in the summer. You also have the routine maintenance, and that's going to be a drippy faucet or a screen door. A torn screen— emergency— threatens life or structure of the property. A dripping faucet is annoying. A major water leak is an emergency. Learn the difference or pay the after-hour dispatch fee. Your call.
