I'm proud of you. How easy it is for us to say these four little words. But how often do you say it to the people around you? Your children, your spouse or significant other, your business partners, your parents, your team, even your extended family. I'm proud of you. Is free. Yet without meaning to. Many of us hold onto it like it's some scarce resource. It is a rare treasure, but fortunately it's available in limitless supply. We all need praise when we've done something well. We all appreciate recognition when we've worked hard, achieved something, or even if we're having a momentary lapse of confidence or we're experiencing some current challenge that has us temporarily doubting ourselves. Be free with your I'm Proud of yous. Share them often with those around you because your support means a lot to them. Your opinion matters to them. For me today, I'm proud of my sons, my wife, my many business partners, my parents, my amazing team. And also, and this is really important and so often overlooked. Always remember to give yourself an I'm proud of you. Your inner self will appreciate a conscious outward recognition and appreciation of all that it's doing for you right now. Give away more I'm Proud of yous to yourself and everyone around you. It will change your perspective, increase your gratitude, create a lot of joy for others and it'll also change your life.
