In this video, the presenter walks through four daily‑use tools that help her create, edit, and share content more efficiently, thereby increasing visibility and serving her audience. She starts with Ecamm Live, a live‑streaming and virtual‑keynote platform that integrates with Zoom and offers a free trial via an affiliate link. Next, she highlights Canva’s presentation features, emphasizing its brand‑consistent design capabilities and a free Pro trial through her link. She then demonstrates Descript, a text‑based audio/video editor that speeds up editing by allowing users to cut and rearrange media via transcript editing and fast playback. Finally, she introduces Splice, a mobile app that automatically adjusts aspect ratios for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, etc., for a low monthly cost. Throughout, she frames these tools as ways to lower the barriers to showing up on camera, speaking one’s story, and serving an audience.

I'm going to talk you through 4 tools that I use almost every day that help me show up and speak my story. It helps me be visible. It helps me do what I do. The first one I want to talk to you about is the one that I am using right now. It is all through a program called Ecamm Live, but Ecamm has really up-leveled my presence because I go live a lot. As you all know, I use it in my virtual keynotes. You can use it inside Zoom. Some of these I do have affiliate links for. I do have an affiliate link for Ecamm, and I think it gets you a free 14-day trial with Ecamm. So it might be worth giving a try. The second tool I wanna share with you is Canva. Okay. Now I'm sure you all know about Canva. Canva is— a lot of people think of it as like a social media tool. And yes, you can build beautiful graphics inside Canva. And recently they really started investing in the presentation platform slide side of the Canva business. And what that means is No more PowerPoint, my friends. It looks beautiful so much faster and so much more easily. You can make everything look like your brand so easily. You can make wholesale changes, like change all the font, change all the colors, change— it's just, it's so, it's so great. Now, I am not a Canva expert. I am just a very avid Canva user. User. And so if you don't use Canva for your presentations, I just wanna encourage you to try it. So this is also an affiliate link. I didn't wanna tell you that, but if you go to bemoved.com/canva, you also get a free trial into their pro version. So there's a tool called Descript. Now Descript, is a, an editing software that allows you to edit text that edits the video. What I can do is I can literally pull things out and edit via text, which makes the editing so much faster and so much easier. It, uh, one of my favorite things that you can do is you can listen to this. So I can play back when I'm editing, I can play back super, super fast, which when you're, especially when you're editing things, it allows you to move through things so much faster. So you can see it at the same time and you can just wholesale pull out sections so much more easily because you know what all the little things on the bottom actually stand for. So we've got Ecamm, Canva, Descript, and this fourth tool that I wanna talk to you about is actually on my phone. So I've been working on a lot of different stuff lately, right? You make a new project. Here's the part I wanna show you. You can, you know, pick a few things that you're gonna add into the project. And then here's the part I want you to see. You can choose the aspect ratio for it. So you can say, okay, I wanna make this for TikTok, or no, I'm gonna make a reel. Actually, I want to make an Instagram story, right? So it, it updates all the needed aspect ratios for this, which is really cool. It's called Splice, S-P-L-I-C-E. Um, I think maybe it's like $4 a month. I use them and I need them and they have all made my life a little bit easier. And that's what I'm looking for. That's what we're all looking for. What's going to make our lives a little bit easier? How can we lower the bar? On what keeps us from stepping out front, what keeps us from serving our audience, ultimately showing our face, speaking our words, and serving our audience. That's what the goal is.
