Stop waiting to be perfect before you start. The speaker argues you're already 80% ready to launch that project, lose the weight, finish the book. Perfectionism keeps you isolated. Ship it messy and connect with people who see the real you.

I'll be ready when I lose some weight. I will be ready when I have my book finally. I will be ready when, and we keep kicking it down the line. And we're waiting till we are ready. And the truth is, we are ready enough. Get it to 80%, get mo', get it out the door. Good enough to move on. That's one of my favorite little nuggets. Good enough to move on. And furthermore, Your perfections, they are the thing about you that connects you with each other. I don't want people getting out there in the world who will only get out there when they're perfect. 'Cause then, who is out there? That's not real. Nobody is that. So show us who you really are, because you are ready enough.
