Do I even know what I'm talking about? Like, I am about to crash and burn in a talk as a speaker coach. This is not good. But I recognized this moment because I've seen it in myself before and in hundreds of other people. So I knew I needed to trust the process and I kept at it. And I moved through it and I got to a place where I was proud of what I had created. And believe me, I had to say to myself in some really low moments, trust the process, Sally, trust the process, trust the process, because oh my gosh, process. Creating a talk is a process and you cannot shortcut it.
