Today I was on a coaching call with an amazing speaker of mine, Kate, and what Kate says in her talk that I just thought, oh my gosh, it's hitting me today in particular, is this. These are her words, and I think they're so, so powerful. So she's a resiliency expert and knows all the brain science about how we turn really challenging things in our lives, how do we turn them into something that is purposeful. So she asks herself and invites everybody to ask themselves a super deliberate question, which is, what good can I create from this? This horrible situation where everything sucks, what is something I can do to create some good from this horrible thing? I think that's a great question for all of us. Like, me scrolling on the news and constantly gasping because of the next breaking news thing, like, right? This is, this is not the good. The question that I'm gonna ask is, what good can I do? And for me, that answer has always been empowering true, authentic voices that are out there to move the world. Like, that is who we are. That is what we are doing. And more of that in this world is only gonna help. It's only gonna improve people's lives. It's only going to make a difference in tangible, powerful ways. So I'm feeling empowered right now by my own purpose in hoping that it makes a difference for all of you.
