A casual first-person monologue (YouTube video) in which the speaker describes living in a lively city neighborhood: the convenience of local services (send-away laundry, gym, mall), short walk (about 10 minutes) to the beach, a local market ('shook') with inexpensive produce (avocados 5 for 10 shekel), an active bar/music/roof-party scene, and everyday life with chill roommates. The speaker also mentions cooking (eggplant), collecting seashells as a hobby, and uses a longstanding nickname (“Big Tuna”).

Yeah, come on, we can at least do it as a team.
We're roommates. Let the roommates go. Oh, roommates. I'm just awesome.
Yeah. Oh yeah. I mean, it's great. There's a lot to do around here. There's always hustle and bustle, a lot of people everywhere. You know, it's a lot more, you know, there's just always stuff going on. It's always loud and I kind of like it. I like the city sounds. They have send away laundry. Oh, they do. I haven't done it yet but for you too. It's awesome. Oh yeah, they fold it for you, you can pick it up, you can air dry it. No, it's good, It's a good setup. You got everything you need here. It's not really, it's not like you're cut off. You kind of got everything you would get in a big city normally. So it's nice.
Yeah, the location is great. I mean, you know, you walk to the beach like. Yeah, bait Lenny, obviously. And it's like 10 minutes away to the beach. You go the other way. You know, you can see some really cool. I mean Tel Aviv. There's always a lot going on. Like it's not a huge city. So you go, you walk down the street for 10 minutes, you're in a completely different part of town. There's something going on. It's a different scene, a different vibe, but really close to the mall, Disney Golf center. So we ever need anything like that. It's easy. Got a nice gym near here. So it's a good setup.
Oh yeah, I've been to the Shook a few times. You get some good deals on some fresh produce, stuff like that. Avocados are awesome. Oh, the avocados are so good. I got 10, five for 10 shekel. So yeah, yeah, it was a good deal. Five for 10.
Oh yeah, there's a good bar scene. Every, every neighborhood has its good, you know, a few bars here and there, you get some good deals on drinks. So yeah, it's fun. You go to the beach, there's some bars around there. So.
It's pretty good. I mean, you know, it's not like five star or anything, but it's a pretty good setup. It's, you know, it's Bay Lenny Bailey. You take it as it is, it's Bayt Lenny. It's not, I mean, you know, the location is good, so I can't really complain about that. And I mean, you know, it's, it's. I really, you know, I like it did some cooking the other day, you know, eggplant. Oh, I made some eggplant last night. That was really tasty. Eating egg salad every day. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's an incentive to cook. I like hanging out in there. We got a duck poster, so the place looks. Looks a lot more professional now. Oh, yeah, yeah. These are good setup, so. Yeah. Have you been to the beach? Did you go to the beach house? Yeah, I've been a few times collecting some seashells. That's been a hobby of mine. Been down by the seashore. Yeah, I've been doing what Sally did in that r. Go collect some seashells, bring it back to the apartment. It's looking pretty good, so. Yeah, I'm liking it. Ooh.
It already feels like summer. It's so hot. I don't know. I can't be rocking this, like, long sleeve stuff anymore. I'm gonna be sweating too much. But I'll get used to it. It'll be worth it. The nighttime will be really nice.
Oh, yeah. There's a lot of good music around here too. You see a lot of posters and flyers for stuff like that, so. Yeah. Oh, a lot of roof parties. Oh, it was insane. Oh, it was great. It was four. It was like five days of people just wearing the same costume every. You know, I mean, it was great. It was like a huge party and you go place to place and everybody's having a good time just sitting everywhere doing their everyday things, but, like, dressed in ridiculous costumes. And I saw some creative stuff, you know, It's a really creative outlet to express yourself and crack. Yeah. Yeah, I guess that's how I'd put it. It's pretty. It's a much more intense Halloween, but. Do you like roommates? Yeah. Pretty much the chillest dudes I've ever met in my life. I know this is a bond that's not gonna break anytime soon. We always do. This isn't just for the interview. We're always. We walk around like this. Big tuna. What's good? Yeah, it's. It's a nickname of mine that goes way back. I can't even explain why. I'm big, too. It just goes back further than I even know. I'm pretty sure. No, no. Just met. It's like that opposite sides of the country, too. It's that kind of magic, that kind of. My mom calls me Big Two now. I don't even know. Yeah.
I don't know. We got four and a half months to think about it. Yeah. Been thinking about it. A lot weighing the possibilities, you know, checking out the scene. It's definitely a lot to think about.
