When you arrive, you'll come to our youth hostel in Jerusalem, where everybody on the program will meet. We'll spend a week there touring Jerusalem and having lectures and seminars and giving you the chance to get to know everybody else that you'll be doing the program with. After that, we'll move to Tel Aviv to participate in a three week intensive Hebrew Ulpan, or Hebrew Lessons. These lessons will go for five hours a day, five days a week, in the mornings. In the afternoons, there is mandatory programming, including volunteering, more trips around Israel and further lectures. Some afternoons you have for yourself, but mostly you'll be spending this first month very intensively with the group.
