You may be eligible for a MASA Scholarship or grant to help you cover the cost of the program. To find out if you are eligible, please visit our website or Masar's website directly at www.masaisrael.org. we will not receive your Masaar Scholarship until you have completed all parts of the program. Therefore, we are required to take a security deposit on that amount of money. We do this in two ways. The first way is by freezing $300 on your credit card. This allows us to use that money should anything happen in the apartments. We then take the difference of the scholarship over the space of two checks. An example, if you receive $3,000 from a SAR, we take $300 on your credit card and spread the $2,700 difference over the space of two checks. That means that you are only required to pay the difference of the program from your Masaar Scholarship. Payment for the whole program can be made via your MyCareer page, with a credit card or also via wire transfer or cheques. Information on all of this can be found on our website. If you are coming from countries that do not use cheques, we will organise a different form of payment.
