Hi there, Linda Artesani, Artesani Bookkeeping. I'm just getting over a cold after being out of the country on vacation, so my voice doesn't exactly sound like it normally does. I'd like to take you to something that happened to me this morning, and I've been seeing this a lot on the community forum. People have been running into 502 Bad Gateway when I went to log into QuickBooks. You can see right here I'm logging into QuickBooks. Why does this happen? I'm really not sure of the exact reason, but I think it has to do with the cache or your— I use Chrome, so I'm going to hit Chrome here and I'm going to do a private window, incognito window. And again, I'm going to try to log into QuickBooks. This fixes a multitude of things. So as you can see here, I'm going to log in. Let's see if I get a bad gateway. So if you have problems where you have pages hanging or things just not working out quite right, you will find that you can log in quite easily and the bad gateway is gone. So I need to— because this happened, now I know I need to Clear the cache. So the easiest way to do that— I'm on a Mac— I can clear my browsing data right here. I just go to Chrome and clear the browsing data, and it's going to clear the cached images and files and my browsing history. I don't want to clear my passwords or anything like that. Like that. So this is a good way to do this. So now when I come back to this, once this is done cycling— I haven't done this for a while, so I usually do it when I start seeing some weird things happening on QuickBooks Online. Eventually it'll clear my cache. There we go. And now I'm going to come back over here, click on QuickBooks. Sign in. And it should sign in fine. Yeah, and it did. So I can come over here and log in, and now I'm logged in without having to go to the private window. So that's exactly what was wrong with, with my QuickBooks and that 502 bad gateway. So I hope that was helpful, a quick, just a quick tutorial about the 502 gateway warning. That seems to be something that's coming up now for QuickBooks Online, and it's just a simple matter of clearing the cache and the cookies out of your browser. And those are little things that websites stick on your browser as you search sites like Facebook and things like that. It's how they know what you're looking at. So if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me on Facebook. I'll put— provide that link in the bottom of the page. Thank you for watching. Bye now.
