Hi there, Linda Artesani, Artesani Bookkeeping, and I am just doing a short tutorial today on how do you print list reports like you used to do in Desktop in QuickBooks Online. So let's go to our favorite company file, the test file, Craig's Landscaping and Design Services. And normally you would think, I'll go to the report, and then I can't find anything in this, so I'm just going to type in list. And see what comes up. So here's your account list, customer contact list. You just come over to account list and the report is here. Now, it didn't used to be here. You used to have to go to the customer or the— actually, in this case, it would be the chart of accounts, but now they've got this here. And if you just want to email it to your accountant or print it, you've got options here. You can email it to your CPA by just coming over here and clicking email and then typing in the information. You can also just download it. That's what this little picture of a little thing is here. It looks like a piece of paper with an arrow. And then of course you can print it. And then you can modify it. So there's settings you can add on to this report as well. You can also customize it and maybe only show— filter it down. So maybe you only want to show certain accounts. You can click in here instead of picking all. You can filter it down to just the different ones. You can just— there's a lot of things you can do. You can go just to deleted and just show deleted. So there's lots of options in here, but this is how you would go to QuickBooks Online and print your chart of accounts. Very simple. I find that it's the easiest way to work into the reports because I can never find anything. To me, it doesn't make logical sense, the categories they have. So I just typed in the word list. So obviously, if you're going to do a customer contact list, you can come over here and modify that as well, add columns, stretch columns if you need to. Come over here with the double arrows and stretch them out. Maybe take off some of the redundancy if there's things in here that you don't need. You do the same thing, come over to your Customize button and filter it down. Take off what you don't need or any rows or columns that you don't want or you want to add to. You can do that here. You can change the columns around if you don't like the order. Maybe you want to do the person's full name first, so you can just take this little cursor here, just drag it up, and that's going to change the positioning of the report. And I just click Run Report, and you'll see now that the person's name is the first thing here. Simple, right? So if you have any questions, if you'd like me to really go into any other different topics— this is just a simple topic— but if you want to go into any other topics, or if you'd like me to make a video on any of the subjects, just find me at my website, artisaniBookkeeping.com, or Or you can go onto my Facebook page. I think I'm the only artist on ebookkeeping around, and just search in Facebook and find me and just reach out to me. Thank you so much for following these videos. I'm enjoying making them for you. Take care now. Bye.
