Hi there, Linda Artesani, Artesani Bookkeeping, and I just want to do a short tutorial on a couple of little things in QuickBooks Online that I think are just kind of hidden and you may not even know that they're there. So I'm coming on to Craig's Landscaping and I just saw this on the, on the community forum, a forum that I'm active on where you can ask questions and volunteers answer the questions. And the person was given the directions to go to the home page and and then go to Transactions, go to Sales, and then populate a list. He looked here, he doesn't see the homepage. So where'd the homepage go? Did he get a new screen? Did they update his program? Well, that's not the case. What happened was he accidentally clicked these 3 little bars here. So when you do that, it hides this toolbar. So know that that's there. If you accidentally kind of float over it, you won't be able to find Transactions and Sales. And this is where you would populate your list of sales. You can come in here and filter this down if you wanted to send these particular people, maybe this date range here, you wanted to send a reminder. They didn't pay you and they're still open and you want to send reminders, or even send reminders to everybody that's here that's open. You can sort by the status, so you can actually click and sort by any of these categories here. But for this purpose, I'm just going to click this couple here. I want to remind them that they owe me, so I can just send reminders. And then that will send some reminders. Like I said, you can, you can look here under status and show that maybe you just wanted to show, you just wanted to send reminders to the people who are overdue. You can do that and just click here. You can, you know, just click, click on them. If you hold the Shift key down when you click the first one and then come down to the second, holding the Shift key down will click all of them in between so you don't have to singularly click them. And then again, you could just come up here and send a reminder or send the transactions to them, resend those invoices. That's an option. We also have a feature where if you were in the customer page, even the vendor page, and perhaps you came over to this person, you clicked over here and you made them inactive. I'm not going to work with Cool Cars anymore. And then your boss comes in and says, Bill, cool cars, you know, $100. And you're looking, you're like, oh, I think I made that one inactive, but how do I find it again? Well, there's this little grayed-out gear wheel, and if you click that and just include inactive, cool cars is now going to show, but it's going to have the word deleted next to it. And all you have to do here is you can click on it and make it active again, or you can do it right from that other toolbar. So it's just a couple of little things that can help you navigate around the program that I think are a little bit hidden. Hopefully that's helpful.
