Hey everybody, happy Monday today. Um, I'm just feeling super grateful today and I wanted to talk about it on today's Monday Momentum because as we end this year, there's a 3-step plan to kind of look back at 2025 and just prepare yourself for 2026. So if you're joining me, let me know that you're here. I would love to say hi to you this morning. I want to talk about where we're at. Okay, it's December 15th. Okay, and, um, what I'm feeling right now is this is kind of our last week of things. We should be winding down this week. Let me know like where you're at, level 1 to 10, on what, you know, Level 1 to 10. Hang on. What's going on with— what's going on with the notifications? Did y'all get the text? Did y'all get the broadcast message? Let me know in the chat because it feels like, um, it feels like nobody's here this morning. Um, maybe you're busy. Maybe you're in the weeds this morning. Um, I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but let me know where you're at, 1 to 10, on how you're feeling right now today. So I'm 1, I'm cool, calm, collected, everything's fine. 10, my hair is on fire and I don't know what day it is. So like, let me know where you're at this morning. Good morning. Okay, no text but got the broadcast. Okay, so maybe the text is slow today. That's fine. Everything's fine. Here's where we're at. December 15th. Everything's fine. Good morning, Christina. Good to see you. Good morning, Tonya. Good morning, Michelle. Good morning, Barb. Here's our people, they're here. Good morning, everybody. Good morning. Um, I did get the text and the Messenger, they're finally kicking in. Okay, I got it. It's just a little slow. Hey, it's Monday morning, it's really cold outside. Um, when I pulled up the weather, I was like, what am I going to wear today? It said feels like 17. Feels like 17? I don't know if I want to feel that today. Can I just I'm going to stay in the house today is really what I was thinking because I just stayed in the house all day yesterday. But what we're going to talk about today is— ah, Sue has snow, yay! We're going to talk about 3 steps to help you reconcile, reconcile 2025 with your head and your heart and reset to go into 2026. So tell me in the chat, are you feeling behind? Tell me, are you feeling exhausted? Where are your feelings at right now? Give me like one word of how you're feeling right now today, because you don't need like a 12-step program to figure any of this out. We just need to get some clarity. We need to give ourselves some grace. and we need to be ready for that next step. So let me know in the chat one word of how you're feeling today. Even if this year felt heavier than expected, just type that. I'm feeling heavy. Like, there are a lot of things that sitting here reflecting this morning about 2025, there's things that I wanted to do this year that didn't happen. There's things I tried that didn't go well. When I look at my sales numbers, I'm somewhere like my one-time products are up, my subscriptions are kind of down a little bit, but then I doubled one of my subscriptions this year and it's holding strong with retention. So like there's all this kind of weird feelings that's happening as I kind of reflect on the year. So let me look at some of these, how you're feeling. Okay. Um, hopeful, exhausted, complete, feeling discouraged, spent, emotional, calm, frustrated. There's a lot of words from Victoria. Behind, exhausted, ready for some cleanse, unconnected. That's an interesting word, Kimberly. Um, constant overwhelm. I feel that, Robin. Hopeful for a fresh start. Heavy. Yeah, heavy. Sometimes things feel heavy. Blessed. Overwhelmed. Behind. Excited for the new year. Thank you for that, Christina. Lost. Discouraged. Okay, so here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna, we're gonna reflect on that because we have to understand how we're feeling in order to release it. Okay, so let's just reflect because we live in this space. There's a book that I really love, it's called "The Gap and the Gain." And I've talked about it before a little bit, but there's this space that we tend to live in and it's called the gap. Like we live in the gap of where we are now and where we want to be. And what we really should reflect on is the gain. And so I want us to reflect on the gain right now, even if you're feeling some of the negative words that I saw there. And it's, it's okay. It's reality. And I want you to be honest. But let's talk about the gain because sometimes we live in this gap. I'm not where I want to be. I'm not where I said I would be. I'm not doing the things I want to be doing. I didn't make the sales. I didn't get the subscribers. I didn't get whatever it is that we want to. And that's living in the gap. So I want to push back And I want to live in the game for just a few minutes. Can you do that with me? No matter what word you said in the chat, what went right this year? What went right this year? What worked this year? What did you gain this year? And I want you to put it down in the chat. Let's— I mean, in the chat. Let's reflect And I, I want you— maybe you gained self-confidence to be able to really understand that you can run a business. Maybe you gained, um, getting your tech set up and really understanding that you can learn that. Maybe you gained a business friend. Maybe— what did you gain this year? And let's not always look at the gap. What did we gain? When I look at things for this year. Um, even though I'm not— I didn't end the year where I wanted to. One, I gained a lot of financial, um, information about my business that I had not been looking at. I hired a fractional CFO this year, and I gained a lot of information about my numbers, about the financial aspect of my business. I also kind of told you in the beginning that I doubled my teacher subscription this year. My teacher subscription is the largest it's ever been, and it's holding strong with those subscribers from my launch in July. And even though I lost some subscribers in another area, I feel really excited about this gain because that's telling me something about my customer base, right? Um, I gained a husband this year. I'm feeling really great about that gain. Um, so talk to me in the chat, give me 1 to 3 gains that you gained this year. Okay, I wanna, I wanna share some of this. Um, I gained some understanding and how I want to move my business forward. Clarity is priceless. If you've gained clarity about something, that is priceless. Okay, I gained 1 subscriber and made a few sales. She got to talk to me. Jen and I got to have a one-on-one last week, and I gained 9,000 followers this year. I know, Jen, just from talking to you last week, that this, this Reflect Reset, um, is going to really help you in 2026. Being more organized with my content creation. Victoria gained a new space and added an employee. Michelle said I gained clarity, especially when I won the coaching call with you. Yes. Let's see. Started our business with purpose and a plan. Gaining consistency. Like, that's a big deal. That's as big as clarity. Okay. Robin said, I gained customers, a soft opening of my home studio. I gained revenue. I gained growth. So many blessings. Now, Robin, I want to go back and look at your— okay. Robin just said this. Look at the gain. I want you guys to realize this. Okay. Look at Robin's gain. When I asked how you're feeling right now, this is what Robin told me. Constant overwhelm. Sometimes we live in that gap feeling. She's overwhelmed because she's gained. And I know where that place is, Robin. It comes from a place of, oh my goodness, I've gained a lot and I'm constantly overwhelmed with how to, how to move forward, right? And so if we can stop and reflect on the gain and stop living in the gap. That's my, that's my goal for you. That's, that's what I want you to do. Reflect. I also want you to really feel like on paper, I want you to write like, I'm proud of what? Even if it doesn't look big, I'm proud of what? I'm proud that I didn't give up. I'm proud that I moved forward even though I felt not ready. I'm proud of what? Share that in the, in the, in the chat. Okay. I'm proud of what? See, growth isn't always visible. It's not always your sales dollars. It's not always your followers. It's not always this, this number, this tangible number that we can grab. Maybe you learned to rest when you needed to. Maybe you got more self-confidence. You know, I had a lot of guilt about not running all my sales promotions in November this year, and I did it intentionally because I didn't want to get bogged down with that in the middle of my wedding month. And so I took a big hit in November for sales because I didn't run all my normal promotions. And I'm kind of proud of that. I'm kind of proud of giving myself permission to be in the moment with my wedding, planning the wedding, having the wedding, going on the honeymoon, and not feeling like I had to jump through hoops in those weeks of my life that were very, very important to me. And yes, I was down a lot of money, but you know what? I made up a lot of it in December, and I'm, I'm proud of myself for giving myself permission, um, to not chase the dollar, to not chase the number when I had something really, really important to me happening. And so I want you to think about what you're proud of for you, you personally. What are you proud of? Now, step 2 is to release. I need you to release the pressure of anything you didn't get done. I need you to release the idea of perfection. Maybe it's guilt you're carrying around. Guilt of maybe not doing enough or feeling like you're not doing enough, guilt of comparing yourself to other people. Maybe it's guilt of not meeting goals. I need you to release this. Okay, we get— we're going to normalize unfinished goals. Okay, just because you didn't hit a number that you set, maybe that's a number of subscribers, maybe that was your launch date, maybe that was your sales goals. Doesn't mean you didn't grow. Growth can be invisible, and it comes in a lot of different ways, some that are not a quantitative number. So I need you to release whatever guilt you're having, whatever goal you didn't hit, whatever you're telling yourself. In the chat, I want you to say, I'm letting go of blank. I'm letting go of blank. What are you releasing? What are you letting go of? What perfection? What pressure? What thing did you not get finished in 2025 that I don't want you dragging into 2026? Okay, we're gonna release, we're gonna let it go, we're gonna let it go right here. Okay, I'm letting go of what? Tina says, I'm letting go of fear. What's that fear, Tina? Tell me what specifically that fear is. Nikki says, I'm letting go of trying to be perfect. I'm letting go of comparison. Let that fuel you, not bring you down. When you see something else working, that tells me, oh, mine can work too. You see someone else winning, I think, okay, that's great, I'm happy for them because that means I can do it too. I'm letting go of disappointment. So is that disappointment in yourself or disappointment in other people? Because both of those are baggage. If someone is in your life is disappointing you on many levels, We gotta let go of that. We can't control their behavior, right? Michelle says, I'm letting go of doubting my ability. That's a powerful one, right? How much do we self-sabotage because we don't think we're smart enough, we don't think we're good enough, we don't think we're capable enough? We do it to ourselves. We are the most critical people on ourselves. Okay. I'm letting go of the negative Nellies. Yeah. Okay. I'm giving you permission to release anything that's unfinished, any goal that you didn't hit, any pressure you're putting on yourself to be something that you you don't have to be. Releasing it. You know, we were— it was really cold yesterday here in Texas, and I didn't leave my house yesterday because when I didn't want to put clothes on and, and bundle up and leave, and there I had no reason to. Um, and so I looked at my husband, it was in the afternoon, I said, we did nothing today. And he was like, I know, isn't it great? It's great. Release the pressure that I have to be going and doing. I sat in bed and I worked on a bunch of new Skill Your Box lessons on my laptop. I read a book yesterday. I watched football. You know, like, I don't— release the pressure that I have to be going and doing something all the time. I love being at home. Why do I feel the need to be out and about? Like, what is that pressure I'm putting on myself? What do I need to be doing? Not a thing. I need to be right there relaxing. Right now, step 3. So step 1 was reflect. Just reflect. I want you to focus on the gain and not the gap. Number 2, release. And number 3 is reset. What am I taking into 2026? Reset doesn't mean reinventing yourself. It just It's your ability to choose what matters to you and aligning your energy around that. If something is not filling your cup, release it before 2025 ends. So what are you going to carry forward? Habit, a belief, a product? Like, what are you going to carry forward? How do you want to feel in your business in the first quarter? Let me know in the chat. How are you going to feel? How do you want to feel? I want to feel confident. I want to feel clarity. Those are the two things that I want to feel going into the next, next year. And you're like, Sarah, what do you mean confident? You're confident. Every one of us has confidence issues. There's not a day that goes by that I don't doubt my own confidence. So hear me say that: less hustle, more intention, more alignment, more clarity. It's not about being— becoming somebody new. It's about taking those things that you've learned about yourself in 2025 and highlighting them in 2026. Here's what I want, here's what I want you to, to think about. I want you to be proud of the way you showed up for 2025. I want you to be proud. You learned, you lasted, you're still here showing up right now for yourself. You're either joining me live right now or you're watching it on the replay. You are showing up for yourself in this moment, and that's what grit really looks like. Even when you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, tired, all those things, you're sitting here showing up for yourself right now in this moment, and that is what you need to carry into 2026. All the things we learned, all the things we gained. You need to keep showing up for yourself in 2026. Give me the word that you want to— one word you want to feel in 2026. Let's just speak it out loud, drop it in the comment, that one word that you want to feel in 2026? I want you to drop it in the chat. You want to feel supported. You want to feel calm. You want to feel confident. You want to feel successful. You want to feel like you're growing. Yeah, I want this calm confidence for myself. I don't want to feel anxious. I don't want to feel like things are out of my control. I just want this calm confidence going into 2026. And also, I want boldness from myself. Sometimes I rely on Sweet Sarah, my Sweet Sarah demeanor. I want to be bolder in 2026. I want to take more risks. I want, I want my voice to be heard more, and that's going to require me to be more bold. And that's what I want for me for next year. And, and not in a, not in a non-sweet way, because that's just who I am. But that's what I want for myself. What I've taken on the chin this year, I want to do it more boldly next year. You're going to see that from me because I'm coming. There are a lot of things that have happened over the last 6 months in my business, and I cannot wait to share them with you in the new year. Um, but you're going to get bold Sarah this year. She's coming for you. This confidence is just going to up-level next year. All right, whatever it is this week, I want you to dig in and get it done because I need you to make sure you're resting some next week. Okay, if that means like taking the week off, taking the weekend off, get your work done, get focused, knock it out, and plan some downtime for yourself. We just have gone through the hardest weeks of the year, the busiest, the most overwhelming weeks of the year. All right. I need you to rest next week. Think about what we talked about here. Take a little time next week when your brain can, can soak it in. Reflect on 2025. Reflect, reflect in the gain and not the gap. Release, let go of that pressure. And then I want you to reset. All right, all right, y'all have a great week. I'll talk to you soon. Bye, guys.
