And every Monday morning that I'm live, I'm going to send out a reminder. I'm going to tell you the topic that I'm talking about and hey, I'm about to go live. So if you want to get the reminder on Mondays, just send me a text that says Monday to my text number right here and I will text you on Monday mornings. Let me come to the chat and say hi. Like you've already launched your subscription or getting ready to relaunch. Like tell me if you're first launch or relaunch. I'm going to come to the chat and say hi to everybody. I can see I've got lots of users on YouTube this morning. My YouTube channel is growing, by the way. Thank you for all of that. It's been really interesting to see the difference between the YouTube and the Facebook. I just said the, like, I just feel like I'm like my mom at this point because she always says the Walmart. You know, she actually says Walmarts, the Walmarts. Like, you're going to one Walmart, Mom. And I just said the Facebook and the YouTube, and it just made me feel old like my mom. So over on YouTube, we've been growing, we've been getting a lot of traction. We've also been making content just for YouTube. So if you're not over there on our YouTube page, you definitely want to subscribe because we're making content that is specifically for YouTube now. So maybe I know Carrie's here on YouTube in the chat. Carrie, will you drop Well, not, not Carrie, but I need Allison to drop the YouTube link for the people on Facebook so that we can get you guys over, subscribe to the YouTube channel. It's also a really great way to watch past videos because there's playlists, they're all together. They've got great thumbnails so you can see what videos you want to watch. It's a great way to watch past Monday Momentums. It's also a great way to watch the new content that we're producing for YouTube. So head over there. Hey Andrea. Hey Susie. Good morning everybody. Good morning Lexi. Hey Sandy. Good morning Rebecca. I'm just, there's just like my Monday morning regulars are here. Like I feel like this is our coffee. Like we meet for coffee every Monday morning. So Stephanie's here. Carolyn's here. Good morning everybody. Joan's here. Also, if I can't see who you are, I just need you to give StreamYard permission for me. There's a link in the description above. Michelle's here, good morning everybody. First launch, good morning Shakira, good morning Jonica. First launch for Sandy, relaunch, relaunching, Laura Lee says relaunch, Joan says relaunch, Stephanie says first launch. Okay, let's see, working on my relaunch, Lexi says relaunch. Michelle said, have yet to do a subscription box. Well, it's the time is now, Michelle. The time is now. Let's stop thinking about it and let's start making progress. Good morning, everybody. Good morning. Relaunching, first launch. Okay. So we're talking, if you're just joining us, we're talking about launching. We're talking about whether, are you getting ready to launch for the first time or are you in the stage where you are relaunching? Like you've already When did you launch your subscription box? And now we're relaunching. So we're in basically spring launch season right now. I was on a call. I have these 7 biz besties that I go on vacation with a couple times a year and we have a monthly call where we get on and we talk business with each other because we're our greatest support system. And so we were on a call together on Friday and we were talking about our spring launches. What's coming up. Some, some of them are just coming off a launch. Some of them are gearing up for launching. So we were just talking about our launch dates and things like that. And it got me into thinking about launching because my relaunch is coming up very soon for my Monogram Box. So that is happening at the end of this month. And so I'm in that kind of launch phase in my business and I'm going to bring that to you in our training for Launch Your Box and Scale Your Box. But I'm doing what's called Launch Diaries for my Scale Your Box students. That's where they kind of get the raw, real, in the middle of the launch Sarah. So what I do for Launch Diaries is I will come on and do just like a live once a day, tell you what's happening with my launch, telling you what's going wrong in my launch and how I'm gonna fix it. I'm telling you how I'm feeling during my launch. So those are called Launch Diaries and I do that specifically for my Scale Your Box students. It's one of the benefits of being in Scale Your Box. But as far as launch goes, there's like 5 tips that I want to give you. And I think if you really just, I just try to make things as simple as possible. And so let's talk about those 5 things. And these are great for whether you are launching for the first time or you've already launched. And it doesn't matter how many times you've relaunched. Like me, I've relaunched dozen times. These are great. And they're just, they're 5 tips that you just knock them out. Okay. So number 1, the first thing that we have to do is we have to set a date. And I know it seems simple and you're like, really, Sarah, that's your tip? Yeah, that's my tip. Because if we don't put a date on the calendar and if we don't announce a date publicly, we will find every excuse in our brain to keep putting it off. I know us, I know how our brain works. I am you, you are me, like we are the same person. So we have to set a date, okay? So if you don't have a launch or a relaunch date on the calendar right now, you're doing yourself a disservice. So think about what's happening. I want you guys to get launched sooner than later. I want you to quit putting it off. Let's put it on the calendar. Let's set a date, okay? And let's put it out there for the world to know so we can't take it back, okay? Because if we only know the date, you can give yourself every reason to keep pushing the date further and further and further back. Set a date, stick to it no matter what happens. I think about when I was launching a launch box for the very first time. I had set a date, it was March, March of 2020, it was the end of March. Literally the entire world fell apart the week before my launch, but I had announced it and it was everywhere. It was posted everywhere that I was launching for the very first time, Launch Your Box. And literally the week before, the world was shut down. And I didn't, I thought, okay, well, I can't launch now. We give ourselves every reason. That was a great reason for me not to launch, right? But that date was out there and people were waiting for it. And I was like, well, I'm just going to launch anyway because there's a few people that are really, wait, wait, have been waiting for this. And had I stopped myself from launching, we know what happens next in the world. We go through a whole year or two really of uncertainty. I might not have ever launched that year. Had I pushed that launch back. But I launched in March of 2020 like I had planned because I had set that date and I got 104 members to my program LauncherBox. And if I would have not done that, um, I wouldn't have had the momentum to launch again in July and get 400 members and launch again in October and get 1,400 members. So we have to start somewhere and there is every excuse in the world for us not to put a date on a calendar or to push it back, especially me in March of 2020 when that was happening. I could have easily canceled that launch, but I'm glad I didn't. And I need you to do that now. I need you to set a date now so that you quit putting it off. You quit giving yourself every reason not to do it. So let's get going. Okay. Now, once you set a date, number 2, we gotta build a list, okay? Once you set that date, if you haven't been list building, it is go time. This is our priority number 1, getting ready for launch is building a list. We gotta create FOMO. We can do a save the date. We can do a, hey, an announcement is coming. Hey, get on the list, be the first to know when our subscription box Launches. We have to start building a list. Build a waitlist, build a list of interested people, build a list with your email. Like, we have to be building a list from, like, right now. If you haven't started building a list, you've gotta start that now, even if you haven't announced a date. But let's set a date, let's build a list. They go hand in hand. We need that list to be successful in our launch. That list will make us at least 40% more successful than not having a list, okay? So if you think about maybe you've launched without a list or maybe a very small list, this list is powerful and I'm talking about an email list, okay? Email is still one of the most powerful marketing tools that you can own. Social media is great, but we all know a very small percent of people see our social media posts, okay? Okay, email's great. We know, um, anywhere from like 30 to 50% of the people that are on our email list are actually gonna open our email. Okay, great. So we have to run the numbers. Maybe 3 to 5% people see us on social media, but 30 to 50% of the people open their email that we send them. What should I be working on? I should be working on that email list. We have a higher percentage of people seeing us in email than we actually actually do on social media. Today I'm live right now. If I send an email about the same topic, I will have more people that will open that email than that will watch me live. It's a fact. I love being here with all of you. I love being here and chatting with you, but we have to build a list. Got it? And when you look at like, I'll use my, this business as an example, Launch Your Box. My email list is double what my following is. So my following is about 20,000 people. My email list is about 40,000 people because I focus on building a list. So if 30 to 50% of the 40,000 people open my email and read it today, I got 20,000 people opening that email. If 3 to 5% of people following me watch this, out of 20,000 people, trying to do the math on that, um, maybe 1,000 people might watch this video, but possibly 20,000 people would open my email. What's my better bang here for the buck? My email list. Absolutely my email list. So build your list, create FOMO, throw up a save the date email, get on the list to be the first to know, hey, a special announcement is coming, build a list. And if you're part of Launch Your Box, there's tons of list building training in the library and in the group for you. So we've got to be building the list. Number 3, we set a date, we're building our list, now we gotta make a plan. We've got to make our launch plan. Now I redid this whole module inside Launch Your Box last year. It is fabulous. I'm just going to, I'm going to toot my own horn real, real quick. It is fabulous module. I am giving you everything from the social media posts that you need to have, the emails that you need to do, the lives that you need to be doing, the content of all of those. And I have templates to map out your week so that you know exactly what you need to do for the launch. Okay, so if you just pull that module, download the worksheets, start filling it out, this is your launch plan and I'm giving it to you, okay? I had my most successful subscription box launch last year and after that I developed this module to go through everything that I did for that launch, which was the most successful successful. Okay? So I want you— I'm giving it to you. I'm giving you the playbook. And I give that to you so that you don't have to sit and think, what should I do? I've never done this before. I don't know what to do. My last launch was a flop. Maybe I need to do something different. I'm giving you the playbook. And you can take the playbook if you're seasoned and you've done several launches and you can say, let me take the playbook and let me take what I've been doing and let me mesh them together so I can get better. Let me try a couple things and add a couple things that Sarah says to do in there. And this is in the Launch Your Box library. It is the launch module and it is right in there, okay? So I want you to go in there and I want you to get your launch plan together. I'm giving you templates, I'm giving you email swipe files, I'm telling you on this day you need to do this, this, and this. The next day you need to do this, this, and this. I'm giving I'm giving you the playbook. Make the plan. Print out the blank calendar that I give you that is your launch week and map it out the way that I show you in this training lesson. Because if you have that plan, you're more likely to execute, okay? If you go into a launch all willy-nilly and you don't have a plan and you're like, well, I'm just gonna fake it till I make it, I'm just gonna try to sell some stuff, you're gonna come up short every time. If you have a plan and you know exactly what you need to do, you remove the feelings from this, okay? Because here's what I know happens during a launch. We're exhausted, we're exhausted, we're prepping a lot ahead of the launch. By the time we get to the launch, we're really exhausted. So we're launching, we're going live, we're answering extra customer service things, we're doing a lot more than we normally do because we got, we go all in. And we're exhausted. And if we don't have a plan for what to do the next day, we might say, I'm too tired to do that. But if you have the plan, you're like, okay, I need to get this email sent out. I need to go live. I need to get these posts scheduled. And this is what I'm going to do for the day. And if you know that, you just check them off and you don't have to overthink it and you have to get in your emotions. You don't have to say, oh, this isn't working, so I quit. Nope. If it's not working on day 1, you go into day 2. We got to keep going through that launch and having a plan helps that. Set the date, build the list, make a launch plan. Now once you have your launch plan set, we go into number 4 and that is to build or create your launch assets early. So I'm launching at the end of April. This week I'm diving into my launch assets and I'm really making sure everything is set up. For my launch so that I am not doing it in the moment. Do you know how many times I'm writing, I have been writing emails the hour they need to go out? How many times I'm scrambling to post on social media or I forget 'cause I'm so exhausted from the launch that I don't get my stuff posted? It happens because launching is not an easy thing, but it's a necessary thing. So if you can build or create your launch assets early, that's going to be very helpful as you go into the launch. And what I mean by your launch assets is your sales page. Right now we're updating my sales page for my launch. We're doing that almost a month in advance, 3 weeks in advance. We're getting the sales page updated. And because I'm getting ready for launch, bringing a lot of that into training for our members right now. So this month, we're talking about the components of a high-converting sales page inside Launch Your Box. And I'm going to walk you through what does that look like? What do you need to have on that sales page and why? And I'm going to walk you through all those components so that you can set that up. So having your sales page done early is important. Sometimes we're still working on our sales page the night before our launch. I don't want you to do that. We need to be saving that energy for our open cart day. The other thing is taking photos. So a couple weeks ago we did a photo shoot around the warehouse with the March monogram box. And so I know I need new images for social media posts for our launch. So we did a lot of behind the scenes photos, a lot of pictures of me holding the box, stacks of boxes, stacks of t-shirts, monogramming, all the things that we wanna use for our launch in April for our social media. So by doing that early, we've got pictures for our graphics for our launch. Okay? And I'm not trying to do it in the moment during my launch. So I'm building my graphics, I'm building my social media posts, and I'm also writing emails. So on my plate this week is to go through all of my past launch emails, update them, and get them ready. For our launch so that when I'm in launch, I don't have to use any of my energy to be writing copy and sending out emails. I'm going to have everything locked and loaded before the launch. I have all my social media posts ready to go. I have all my emails ready to go. I have my sales page ready to go. I have my lives, my topics written out and scheduled. So if I can build and create all those assets, early this month, my launch at the end of this month is going to go smooth. Okay? So that's what I want you to do. I want you to start, once you set that date and once you go through the launch plan training, you know what you need. You know how many emails you need to write, you know how many social posts you need and what kind of posts that you need. You know how many lives you're going to show up and do, and then you can work out the topics of those lives. You're going to know everything once you make that launch plan. And then it's like, okay, today I'm going to work on my emails. Tomorrow I'm going to work on all my social media posts. And so once you can do that, if you can do that early, your launch is going to go smoother. You're going to have more conversions and you're going to be happier at the end of the launch knowing you had all of that done ahead of time. And then, and then you have these assets built for your next launch. My sales page, it's not new. We're just updating it with new images and some new copy. My emails, I'm not writing brand new emails every time. I'm taking the emails that I used on my last launch and I'm tweaking them. I'm updating images, I'm updating some copy. I'm also going back in to see what, what email converted the highest. And why. I'm taking a look at that email from the last launch and I say, this was our best converting email ever. Let me look at this email and find out why. I'm taking that data from the last launch into the new launch. I'm looking at social media posts that we did from the last launch and I'm saying, okay, what got most traction? I know what got the most traction. And so how can I just replicate that for this launch? So once you build your assets the first time, All you have to do is rinse and repeat them, see what worked and do it again. Okay? So number 4, build and create your launch assets early. Now my last tip, number 5, you gotta go all in and you gotta give it 100%. When we go into launch, we have to show up like we've never shown up before. I always say you can do anything for 30 days. For 5 days. You can do anything for 5 days. You can go on a diet for 5 days. You can work out for 5 days. You can do all in, show up, nonstop launch, go time for 5 days. You can do anything for 5 days. That's what I'm asking you to do when you go into this launch is to put your all in it, okay? You can do anything for 5 days. It's gonna feel hard. Day 2, you're gonna be like, What's going on? I'm not having any signups. And I tell you that in the launch model, day 2 is doom day. Day 1, you're going to have a lot of signups. Day 2 is going to be dead. Go book a massage. Go do something else. Don't keep refreshing your screen because day 2 is the lull. And I tell you that because I know that from experience. So keep pushing through. You need day 3. You need day 4. You need that closed cart day. And if you can go all in for 5 days and give 100%, block everything else out of your schedule for 5 days, you're going to be successful. If you set a date, if you spent time building a list, if you make a launch plan, you create your assets early and then go all in. You've done all this work. You've done 1 through 4. Why would you not go all in? All right, why would you not go all in? Don't half-ass it after doing all this work. Go all in. All right, so those are my 5 subscription box launch tips. Number 1, set a date. Number 2, build a list. Number 3, make a launch plan. And I have the plan made for you inside the Launch Your Box Library. Number 4, build or create the assets early. And number 5, just go all in. That's how we do a proper launch. That's how we're successful. It's simple. It's not complicated. 5 things. Let's go get your launch date set. If you don't have one set, I want you to do that before the sun sets today. All right, y'all have a great Monday, and I'll be inside the group, uh, later this week. Have a good day.
