Good morning, good morning! Happy Monday! Glad to be back with you this Monday morning. I was on spring break vacation last week with my— carry those same patterns into the next month, and it's just this cycle that you put yourself through, and we're not going to do that today. We're going to help you clean up what's not working, we're going to lean into what is working, and we're going to walk into the next month with plan of action for your business. Sound good? Who's with me? Tell me you're with me in the chat. I'm gonna come over and say hi, and then we're going to get started. Good morning, Lexi! Good to see you. I'm so happy that you are going, um, it's right next door, so that's exciting. Hey Carolyn, good to see you! Good morning everybody! Hey Sierra! I don't, I don't want to repeat this for April. And that's what I really want you to think about. And if you're willing to look at this with me today, honestly, that's where growth happens. I'm going to be transparent and vulnerable with you. March has not gone well. I have a couple of thoughts about it. You know, talking with my mastermind, Scale Your Box, last week. Ads are kind of wonky for everyone right now. So that's like probably number one, ads are wonky for everyone. So when we had that call last Thursday, it made me feel better. Store, because those are going great because I'm liquidating everything and everything's on sale. So it's one of those things like, okay, this all day yesterday was kind of in my head about it this weekend. And so I think I was I was just— and I wanted to focus on that, but I got to get visible right now. I've got to get my subscription visible. Like, I want you to audit your social media. What worked in the last 30 days? What did not? Topic right now. What am I going to keep doing for the next month? Write it down. Like, I want you to analyze. Did your emails get open? Did you have engagement on social media? March? Okay. What, what's different? What do I need to change? Because if I post, I'm going to go live and then share stories, I'm going to do reels. And that's great for 4 days. It's like attraction. That's what happens with visibility too. We've got to be more consistent than implementing. And so we have to stop some of those behaviors. Okay, so, and stopping something isn't failure. Like, turning off those— why should I keep spending the money? Why should I keep doing something that's not working? What is not working for you? Stop wasting your time on it. Stop making tweaks to your product or your lineup or your website before you actually take the leap and do something. Question I want you to ask yourself now— part— let me try this. Your business is just a giant experiment. But I need you to pick a main focus. Okay, so focus number 1, a visibility post. Talk about it in real life. By yourself, talk about your business, talk about your family, talk about your interests. Let's get visible. Let's talk about our subscription box. You don't have to talk about it in a salesy way every time, but we've got to talk about it more. If you're like, Sarah, I need sales, I need sales, I need sales, I need sales. Make a clear offer. Every week, new week, it's Monday. What is our clear offer this week? I go into every week with a clear offer. So we're liquidating the warehouse right now. So I'm like, tomorrow I'm gonna go live. Let's do last— let's do a last one live. All the things that we have one left of, let's have fun with it. It's the last one. We're gonna go live. That's my sales focus. And then Thursday I'm launching the box and I'm going to be solely focused on selling the box for 6 days. What's your sales focus this week? Do you have one? Because if you don't have one, you're probably not making sales. Make an offer every week. Every week I put a theme around a live. Tell people exactly how to buy and that you want them to buy. The problem is we don't ask for the sale. We just put this cute thing out there and hope people buy. Gotta ask for the sale. And then the other focus is a connection focus. And I think all of these tie in with the first focus. You can do visibility and sales. Visibility and sales go hand in hand. You can do visibility and connection. Do you feel disconnected from your audience? Do you feel like you don't have a very good connection with your audience? Connection equals sales. So while these are 3 different focuses, they all relate to each other. Start conversations in the DMs, start conversations in the comments. When someone's messaging you about something, create a conversation instead of a simple reply. When there's comments on your post, go in and reply, even if you've answered them during a live. Best thing I could do right now if I wanted connection and visibility is go through and comment every one of your, your comments on my live right now. Do you know what's going to happen when I do that? It's going to push me out in the algorithm, and you're also going to be like, she saw me, she heard me, she's listening, she started a conversation with me, right? Ask questions back, and not a general question like, so how does that make you feel? So what— be specific. Treat your audience like humans, not followers. Connection is so powerful, especially in this moment, especially in this time that we live in right now. So let's get visible. If we have a visibility focus, let's have a sales focus, or let's have a connection focus. And I want you to start one of those. So we said, what are we going to keep? What are we going to stop? What are we going to start? What's your focus going to be for the next 30 days? And momentum doesn't come from doing more. It comes from repeating and leaning in to what works long enough to see results. So when you go back and you decide what you're going to keep, what was working for this month? Let's do more of that. What got sales? Was it a particular email? Go look at what you wrote. Was a particular post that got engagement? What worked? I want you to stop thinking of your day as a to-do list. And I'm guilty of this too. I pull up my Asana board, I'm check, check, check, check, check, done. But I want you to start thinking of it as a focus. What do you want right now? Visibility, sales, connection? It's a repeatable process that you can lean into. And you know what? What works right now and what works next month and what works the next month after may fail miserably in month 4. And so it's something you have to keep reevaluating in your business. Sit with your notebook. I want you to write keep, stop, start, and I want you to share those with me inside Launch Your Box. All right. Okay, I'm gonna go be soccer mom today, um, spend 8 hours driving across Texas and back, and wish my goalkeeper good vibes stopping all those balls. And, um, I can't wait for you to just take a moment, take 30 minutes and sit with this this morning, and let's start your week off right. All right, okay, y'all have a great day. I'll be back tomorrow inside Launch Your Box We're gonna do social media reviews, I believe. I'm gonna be auditing your social media tomorrow, so join me for that inside, um, Launch Your Box. I can't wait to hang out with you tomorrow. All right, y'all have a good day.
