This is the most tactical, practical, probably easy thing that you can do to increase your retention rate. Billing and follow up with payment issues, literally billing and following up with payment issues. A lot of times when you have bounced payments, it's because of my debit card was compromised. I didn't put my money in the bank. Lots of different things. They don't want to cancel. It's unintended, but if we don't follow up on it, sometimes they don't even know.
