Welcome back to the Launch Your Box podcast. I've got a question for you today. Um, you need cash, you need cash fast in your business. Well, I've got you. Whether your sales are slower than you've expected right now, or you're sitting on a bunch of inventory, or you just don't want to give your bank account, um, any more stress, I'm sharing 3 fast cash injection ideas that you can use this weekend. They're simple, they're scrappy, and they're designed to get cash flowing fast. So let's go ahead and get into it. I've got 3 ideas for you. So let's talk about idea number 1. This would be a flash sale, 24 to 48 hours only. Flash sales work because they're quick and urgent and you're creating excitement and a clear deadline for your buyer. So here's how to run one really quickly. You can choose a couple, you know, a different idea for these, but choose one product to do a flash sale on or a small collection. So you could do like I did a grouping of purses for a flash sale this week. You could do a collection of t-shirts or a collection of seasonal items. So this could be one product markdown, BOGO. You can do a special price, a special offer, or a buy one, get one deal. I want you to set a firm deadline with this. So we're not gonna drag this out over a week. We're not going to let it linger. We're going to give a firm deadline, 24 hours, 48 hours max, because this gives people a reason to buy right now. We wanna create that urgency. We wanna create that scarcity. And so if we can do a very short, punchy, fast flash sale, it's going to have better results than if we drag it out too far. This means you can go live, you can send emails quickly. You don't have time to run ads for this, so it's just going to be a quick infusion of marketing right in the 24 to 48 hours window. I want you to use a countdown timer if you can, either on your product page, in your email, on your social media. I want you to tease it first, so give them a little heads up, tease it a few days before, like big news coming tomorrow, starts tomorrow. Give it a little tease so that when you launch it, people are ready and they're ready with urgency. Keep it simple. One offer, one deadline. Promote it over and over and over again as many times as you can in that short window of time. Flash sale. It works every single time. Now, idea number 2, let's do a gift with purchase. I do this a lot and I'm adding value to their purchase, rather than discounting. So to me, it just feels like a win for my business because I'm not discounting stuff all the time. And so this is one of those ways to create urgency as well, like act now to get this limited time bonus gift. You could do that gift with purchase every weekend or every gift with purchase this weekend. So every purchase this weekend only, or Monday only, Wednesday only, whatever you want to do, just choose something that you've got excess inventory of. It doesn't have to be a big item. It could be a small sample size version. It could be a small item, or it could be something that you just have a bunch of that you're ready to, you know, let it get out the door, let it encourage someone to buy something else in your shop for full price. But let's offer a limited time bonus gift with every purchase. It could be the purchase of one particular item, or it could be the purchase in your shop. Keep it low cost for you, but I want you to make it feel like a really bonus, you know, item for them. It's a treat. You could do first 25 orders get this freebie, snag, you know, $100 worth of, you know, product and get a free mystery gift. Like, I just want you to have fun with it. And I think if you do it in a short period of time, just like idea number 1, it's going to create that urgency and scarcity that you want. You're going to get rid of some product that's sitting on your shelf taking up space. You're going to make the purchasers happy, and you're going to drive sales with a gift with purchase. Okay, now idea number 3. I love a good bundle. I love a good bundle. The warehouse team makes fun of me a little bit. They tell me I'm like the Progressive lady Flo because she's always talking about the bundles. But I love a good bundle. So I want you to bundle up some of your leftovers. Let's turn that extra inventory, inventory into extra revenue, and we can do it right now today. Just gather 3— I like to do 3 to 4 or 5 items from a past box or or a past collection and just create a bundle with them. You can either show them the bundle. I've had a lot of success with that. Or you could create a mystery bundle, surprise goodie bundle, whatever you want to call it. I have found that pricing it between $39 and $59 is a sweet spot for me because it gives me margins still. I'm not giving it away and it still feels like a deal to my audience. Make it limited. So this is how we create urgency and scarcity. Only 15 available this week only. Um, you don't need new product to do these bundles. You just need to reposition what you already have and create some urgency around it. It's just like pulling something old and stale off the shelf and giving it new life. Every time I do that, I'm just surprised at the success I have. I've just sold like 90 of one bundle that's just been sitting there for a year. Just couple things together, gave it a great price, and made some cute new graphics and did new pictures. Like, we don't want to see the same old pictures over and over again. If I'm taking something from a summer month where I have summer style pictures, now I'm in the winter months, so I need to reposition this as something that you would use or wear in the winter. So go ahead and take some new fresh pictures of this item and bundle that together. So let's go through this. I want you to work on some fast cash promos. I gave you 3 ideas, but there's a whole lot swirling in my head. But I just, I don't want to confuse you. I want to give you clarity. I want you to keep whatever you're doing, keep the offer simple. I want you to create urgency with deadlines, and I want you to promote it multiple times. Don't just post it once. Don't just send one email. I want you to do it a lot of times in a concentrated Period. Multiple emails, multiple posts, multiple lives. And most importantly, like, just do the dang thing. Just do it. Just go pick something right now. Like, you might be pumped thinking about this as you're listening to me. Go pick something and get it out there. Excuse me. So let me know which one you're going to try. Let's do a flash sale, a gift with purchase, or a fun bundle. Just pick one and make it happen now. Don't wait for it to be perfect. Perfect. It's about fast action and fast wins and putting cash in our bank account. It's not about overdo— overthinking it and making it perfect. Let's go make some money and I'll be back next week.
