Hey everybody, it's Friday and I'm super, super excited about today because it is officially open cart day for Launch Your Box and I've got lots of things to share with you today. But I wanna show you this, like if you're starting building your audience, you've got all this stuff right at your fingertips to help you with engagement, to help you get your people talking. And I'm excited for you because I know that the biggest hiccup— there's a few hiccups here. The biggest one is getting started. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to post. The second one is getting launched. And the third one is getting past that 100 subscriber mark. So if we can get you started on hiccup number one, which is audience building, we're here to do that for you. We're here to help you make progress. And then the other part of that is we have to continue audience building. We are going to lose subscribers every single month. That's part of our business. We have to know that I'm going to lose subscribers every single month. And I've got to be able to get in front of new people every single month, engage with my audience, and continue to build my social media and my email list. And so these engagement posts are for you. Good morning, Stephanie. Amara says it's what an amazing week. It has been one amazing week. We've had a great time. We have one more session today in Subscription Box Coaching Week, which is at 11:00 Central, but we've had an incredible week. Sammy says this is going to help me immensely. So I love that. Um, all right, so here's what I'm going to tell you next. I started Launch Your Box in the fall of 2019, and, um, I have never increased the price, not once in the last 5 years. I have not increased the price. But on Tuesday, when we get done launching, we will have our first official price increase for the membership. We have gone through and we have updated and added so many training lessons. We've got worksheets, we've got swipe files, we've got templates, we've got so much stuff in there. It has a huge value. And so after this weekend, we will be increasing the price for Launch Your Box. Anyone that gets in now is going to be grandfathered in on the, um, the, the current price, the original price, the founding member price. I have never increased it So our first increase is going to happen next week. And if you've been thinking about it, if you've been on the fence about joining, I'm telling you, now's the time to get in. One, so you can get the engagement library. Two, so you can get started on this journey and stop sitting there thinking, I'll get to it, I'll get to it, I'll get to it. And number three, so you can get into the founding price that we started with before I do the price increase. The other thing that comes along with the price increase is we are going to close the links down after this weekend. Um, I have left the links open for a couple years now, and it's just not serving me the way that I want it to. I don't want to have to show up and sell all the time. I want to focus on my members, and I want to go all in, and I want to go super deep because we have 6 months left in this year And I know if we can dig in and go deep on what we want to do, we can make real progress. So I want to go deep with our members. And so this is going to be your last opportunity to jump in from the launch and get— and you're going to get the founding price as well. You can't keep putting it off. We're all busy. We all have unexpected things that happen in our life. A lot of us have kids. A lot of us have elderly parents that we have to care for. We are all busy people. You're not different. But if we keep giving ourselves excuses and reasons why we shouldn't start, we'll never get started. We'll never get started. But if we can make a commitment to ourself to start today and every day that we wake up, we say, what can I do to build this business for the next 6 months? If you go all in and say, I'm going to give this my all for 6 months, you're going to be in a completely different place. And I know that because it's been proven over and over and over again. Every day you've heard a success story from my membership. But that's not even a blip of how many people have been successful by just doing the work. And success looks very different for people. Success for Rebecca was getting to her first 100 subscribers, which I no doubt she will be by the end of the summer. Success for Amy was building income online and not solely relying on her brick-and-mortar store. Success for the bakers is getting out of the rat race of baking one-off custom cakes and cookies and cupcakes. And now they've streamlined it into subscription boxes, which are so much easier for them. What does success look like for you and how can we start that right now in this moment? I'm not asking you to make a commitment to me. I'm asking you to make a commitment to yourself. I wore this shirt for a reason. Be brave, be strong, and be fearless. It's our time to step into that. A lot of you have fears, and it wouldn't be, it wouldn't be the natural thing to do if you didn't have fears, if you didn't have concern, if you didn't think this was going to challenge you, because it's going to challenge you. But do you want to sit on the sideline for another 6 months, another year? Or do you want to give it a try, give it your all and see what could change for you in 6 months? That's what I'm asking you to do. And it starts today. Bailey says, I work 40 hours with 3 kids at home. The subscription box is going to change it all. I'm full in. That's the commitment. We're all busy, y'all. We're all busy. We all have a million things going on. We're all stressed out. We got— we're worrying about gas and groceries and all the things. But if we don't make a change in our life, our life will not change. It's our time. Absolutely, Janelle. It's our time. We deserve this. And I've told you this repeatedly this week. I am not special. I didn't have some magic wand. For a lot of years, I just thought I got lucky. But I work hard. I am super consistent and I have belief in me. I know that I could make it happen. I know what I was willing to do for this and I know I wasn't willing to give up. If you feel that way, you can do this too. I brought my Make It Happen cup today. One, because it matched my shirt and two, because we are going to make things happen. It starts today. Stop the doubt. Stop the naysayers. Stop all the fears that are telling you, I can't do it, I'm not good enough, I'm not smart enough, I'm not young enough. You can do it. You can do it. If I can do it, all these amazing students in my community can do it. Anyone can do it. And I'm here to help you along the way. I have an incredible team that's going to be helping you. I have an incredible community that's going to be helping you, and we have amazing resources. There's really no reason not to. I can see in the comments people say, I'm terrified.
