A speaker (Scott Empringham) reflects on his first ~100 days applying the "10x is easier than 2x" approach, focusing on a four-pillar model attributed to Schuyler Lewis: faith, fitness, family, and finances. He reports strong progress in three pillars but poor fitness results, so after following coach Wes Watson for years he bought Watson's coaching program and—on day four—recommends getting a coach: model someone who has the results you want and follow their recipe.

Hey, I wanted to jump on here really quick. As I near the end of the first hundred days of applying the principles of 10x is easier than 2x, I'm reminded of something really powerful. What I did is, as you know, I, or you may know, is I took a look at everything that's important to me and it really boiled down to the Schuyler Lewis model. The four things, the four pillars, right? The faith, fitness, family and finances. And then I just cut away anything that didn't contribute to those things and I doubled down on on things that contributed in those areas. Strengthen those four pillars. And I made really good progress in the three out of the four. You know, the three out of the four have been fantastic, but the fitness has sucked. I've been doing lots of stuff and I haven't gotten any results. So finally I found a guy that I've been following for like, I don't know, two years, maybe more, three years, a guy named Wes Watson. I bought his coaching program. I'm only on day four. And it's such a great reminder. If you're not getting results in an area that you want, get a coach. Find somebody who's got what you want. Find somebody who's getting results that you want and copy them. Model their behaviors, model their habits, their beliefs. I'm only on day four of this program and I know that the coaching program is going to let me down. He lays out the recipe for you. He's got to follow the recipe. Get out of your head and follow the recipe. Ignore all the voices, ignore all the doubts on day four. And I know that if I do, this program make astonishing results. So if you're not getting the results you want, get some coaching.
