Scott Empringham recounts returning home after a setback, writing the same marketing plan he used for major clients, choosing social media tools, and adopting "radical accountability" by posting everything publicly. He describes humble physical circumstances (working between his dad's filing cabinets) and vows to rebuild his career while teaching exactly how he executes the plan on social media.

Back home. I get back home and I write my plan down. It's the same marketing plan that I've used for the biggest clients and law firms, accounting firms, everything else. I write down my plan, I decide the social media tools I'm going to use to execute that plan. And then finally, I did something that I could have never imagined, but everybody in this room will understand. I used radical accountability. I said, going to post everything online. Anthony had a lot to do with that. I'll share that. At the end, I posted everything online and I said, this is where I am now. I've lost it all. This is my dad's office. I'm between the filing cabinets. That's my new desk, which there was no desk. It was between the filing cabinets, the hot sauce, and the filing. My dad, when he opened the filing cabinet, I had to duck or get out of the way. And that's where I was. And I said, this is where I am. This is what I'm going to do. I'm going to build this thing back. I'm going to post everything on social media. I'm going to teach exactly how I do it. I'm.
