He gives a concrete example of choosing to work on two important business proposals over attending his son’s tennis tournament, acknowledging the personal cost and sleep sacrifice.

Here's something that's pretty tough that they don't advertise in. 10x is easier than 2x, and that is sacrificing things that you absolutely love. 10x is easier than 2X means you prioritize the things that are going to give you the highest yield, the highest bang for the buck. You identify the 20% of things that yield 80% of the results. And today, Saturday, I have lots of things planned for my business. I've got two proposals I need to work on and want to work on and have to work on to really 10x the business. So it also conflicts with my son's tennis tournament today. So I had to make a tough decision. I know it's not a popular decision, another one that not everybody's going to like. I know it's not going to be, you know, ideal, but I had to make a decision and I had to make a sacrifice. So I'm focusing on the thing that has the highest return. Sun's 10. Kidding me? We get to the proposals tonight. It means a little bit less sleep.
