What are some of the early influences you had that sort of formed you today? I think I have to start by just acknowledging my parents, and they instilled in me that you're going to need to work and you need to learn, you know, not just a work ethic, but what comes from it. And that's something that I will always owe my parents. My parents actually did a couple what we call flips in real estate. And so one of which was right up the street from your house in the 400 block. And I remember vividly, it's been a running joke how there was an issue with a big rain. There was a lot of mud and water in the bottom of the house. Well, we were over there with shovels, shoveling it out. And so I'd say those are examples of how my dad, as much as he provided everything, and we grew up in such an amazing community and neighborhood and great family friends like your family, it was important to him that he instilled those things in us that got him to where he was, because, as you know, he came from a different side of the tracks.
