A short YouTube video/transcript (March 1, 2022) featuring two speakers discussing effective customer-focused communication and practical tactics for crafting messages. The excerpt emphasizes breaking messaging into bite-sized elements, naming the customer persona, and focusing on what customers try to avoid rather than product features (customer-centric storytelling).
What nugget more than anything did you like? What was one of the main takeaways that you liked most or you felt resonated with you? I'm super curious.
Honestly. It's just the way you broke it down into just these bite sized things to put it all together like even just having a name to the customer. Right. And then being able to use that in a simplified way. What are they trying to avoid? Because you know as you said customer is who we need to be talking about and that Apple commercial obviously honed in on that like yeah we're not here to just tell you how great our product is all the benefits and features. You know we're trying to talk about you.
Yes.
And what you need. So I think that's just really powerful and something to always keep top of mind with like every messaging component and every you know ad that you're trying to do. So that definitely awesome.
