The valley of disappointment has never been more real. Day 61 of Hard90 is the hardest freaking day yet. I was excited in the beginning. I had results in the beginning. Now they petered out. Now they've basically plummeted. I'm not where I wanted to be. I'm not where I thought I could be. I'm not where I thought I should be. I'm not where I wanted to be. I'm nowhere close. And yet on the other side of this, I know is success. I know is opportunity. I know is a breakthrough. If I don't quit now, in the valley of disappointment, anything is freaking possible. I'm doubling down.
