In this informal vlog, Scott Empringham reminisces about a childhood habit of having a peanut butter sandwich after a nap. He demonstrates making a snack on a lightly toasted slice of bread, spreading smooth peanut butter, adding honey and sliced banana, and drizzling extra honey before taking a big bite. The narration is peppered with playful, exaggerated reactions—"Oh my God. Oh, hell no, man!"—and ends with a humorous sign‑off. The video blends personal nostalgia, a simple food‑preparation tutorial, and comedic commentary.

When I was a little kid, I used to take naps, and when I woke up from a nap, I would have a peanut butter jelly sandwich. And it's a Saturday, I just woke up from a nap, and I'm gonna have a peanut butter jelly sandwich right now. So first, I like to just open up the peanut butter. The bread is lightly toasted. I have a little bit of peanut butter in here in front of me. It's a smooth peanut butter. I like it. And we just grab our knife and we begin spreading the peanut butter, and we just sort of put that on the toasted. One with more peanut butter in there. But we put the peanut butter in there and we also put a little bit of honey. Or we're just gonna do a little bit of the banana. What I like to do also, peanut butter banana sandwiches are really, really good. What I'll typically do is I'll just go ahead and chop it a little bit and have a bite. I just wanna have a little bit of peanut butter. And I put a little piece of peanut butter on the bread. As you can see, it's perfect. It's perfect. And with the peanut butter and honey sandwich, we go ahead and put that on there. Well, we gotta drizzle it on liberally on the peanut butter and honey sandwich. That's good. Right there, that's plenty. That's good. Then, um, I'll bite. Voilà. Spreading the peanut butter nice and carefully. And have a bite, have a bite, have a bite. Oh my God. Oh, hell no, man. What the fuck, man? Okay, man, here we go. We're all logged. Goodbye.
