Going back. I got in the industry in the mid-90s, and I will clearly admit that I got into the business because of there's really no accountability and that this is a business where you're in business for yourself. It's not anything where there's a boss looking after you or checking on your work. But it was really at that point where I was married, had child, had home, and my back was against the wall and I had to produce. As far as setbacks wise, you know, when we had that mortgage meltdown and the market went to tank and got very difficult quickly, and I realized then that I couldn't just rely on, say, social relationships and, you know, getting referrals. That's when I really became a true farmer. So in my industry, you look around like where you live, you could probably tell me right now, who is the agent in our brokers that do the most business? Whose science do you see? Who do you get mail from? And that's the kind of the key to our industry is you have to have a farm.
