This YouTube video ("Missed Deadline") by Scott Empringham describes using AI to produce a complete advertising campaign for a car dealer in two weeks. The deliverables included three emails, roughly 12–15 social posts, a Facebook wall giveaway, ads, and a virtual spokesperson. The team uploaded manufacturer compliance guidelines into an AI tool to pre-check and correct ads, avoiding back-and-forth with the manufacturer's compliance department. The result: a fully compliant campaign launched in two weeks with large reductions in production time, editing, talent costs, and overall spend (speaker states roughly 1/10–1/15 of the cost).

Missing deadlines is going to change. We just did a campaign for a car dealer. It was two weeks before the sales event was supposed to occur. Jokingly, he said, would it be cool if we did the entire campaign using AI? And I said, well, to do everything he wanted to do, he wanted to do three emails, he wanted to do ultimately like 12 or 15 social media posts. You want to do a Facebook wall giveaway, he wanted to do ads, he wanted to a spokesperson. We said the only way we could possibly do it in two weeks is do everything AI. The strategy, come up with the name, even the compliance for the dealership. The manufacturer had a co op program and if we were going to resubmit the ads and everything back to the manufacturer for co op, they match some of the funds. It would have to be compliant with the manufacturer. We took the compliance guidelines, we uploaded it to chat and then we ran our ads to it. And it spotted where there were issues. We didn't even need to send it back to the compliance department. Back and forth. We did the entire campaign in two weeks. We ran all the compliance immediately. We found out where the issues are, we changed them and we ran it through compliance. 100% compliant. Launch a campaign in two weeks for 1, 10 of the cost, 1, 15 of the cost. We obviously accelerated the rate of time. So missed deadlines are because there's production, there's creative, there's reviews, there's approvals. Especially in a highly compliant or regulated environment with the car car companies, all that was mitigated, all that was eliminated. The production time was cut, the editing time was cut, the talent was cut. Because we did it all virtual in the campaign in two weeks.
