It's just part of the business and it's like anything else. You have to have a lot of irons in the fire. You know, your skin needs to get thick quickly. And that's really where a lot of people here in the greater Newport area, and I'm not defaming my industry peers as I just don't do that. I have to play in the sandbox with them. And it's integral that I have a good rapport with all of them because I very well might need them or they might need me. But a lot of them are able to get by on just growing up here and having social connections where I take the approach of I'm just an old fashioned farmer. That's something that, you know, if you do that, it's a numbers game. And there will be, as my dad used to put, there's going to be times when you just get absolutely kicked in the teeth and there's going to be times when the bluebird just lands on your shoulder and it's a, you know, hey, Matt, lift our house, whatever the price, you know, should be. We want an offer tomorrow. So it's like anything else, there's going to be up and down days.
