Short YouTube interview clip in which Rosemary recounts lessons from starting her agency: she initially hired virtual assistants in Asia but shifted focus to Latin America because time-zone alignment with the US allows hires to work daytime hours, avoids forcing night shifts on staff, and yields better-suited professional availability.

One of the things when we started this agency, we were hiring people in Asia and they are amazing, right? Great people. But along the way we realized that we should really be focusing on Latin America and mostly for one reason. If I try to work with my staff in Asia, I can't work the night shift. I physically can't work all night. And so I think that that's one of the challenges that people don't really think about when they're hiring VAs in Asia that your VA is working all night long and that has an effect on their health and you're not getting the very best talent to actually work the hours that you need. So that's why we went to South America because they work on a very similar time zone to the US and so we can accommodate time zones in the US with people that want to work the day shift, which is professionals, right. In order to work a night shift. It's a brutal life.
