I'm having lunch with my dad a few years before he passed away, and we sit down in a deli and maybe you've been here before. I was laboring over a decision. I needed to make a decision, and I hadn't yet made one. And I'd been laboring over this decision for maybe a year, year and a half. It was a big one. It's a big decision. And I was going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. And he was my confident, he was my best friend. He always gave me really good advice. And food had come. We're at the deli, and I bring up the conversation again, and he just interrupts me right away and he says, hey, son, I love you. You need to stop being a crybaby. Make a decision for you and your family. You need to make a decision. Now you can eat your pickle. And he was done with the conversation. His point was, it's time to step up and make the call. No more information is required. It's time to make the call. Decisions are like that sometimes. You don't need more information. You don't need more analysis, you don't need more input, you don't need more feedback. You don't need more advice, and you don't need more time. What you need is to step up and make a decision. So that thing that you've been laboring over, that thing you've been asking advice for, the thing you've been thinking about, you should do, your conscience or the tap on the shoulder, Holy spirit, intuition, inner feelings, whatever that thing is that you listen to that's been telling you to make that decision, make the decision.
