A short Tech Talk YouTube segment (hosted by Scott Empringham) introducing the BigVu mobile app, which provides a teleprompter-style scrolling script in selfie mode to simplify recording and sharing videos. The speaker explains core features (on-phone teleprompter, direct-to-social sharing), describes target users (retailers, creators with limited budgets), encourages viewers to try the free app, and teases a follow-up episode showcasing another video app.

Hey, guys. Welcome to another edition of Tech Talk. We found an app that we think you're really going to like. If you're like us, and you're always looking for a better way to shoot video, something that's easier, faster, and maybe you don't have a huge budget for an editing crew or a film crew. I think you're going to like this app. It's called BigVu, and it's a free version. And what you can do is you can load the app right on your phone and load your copy into the application. It scrolls right across the screen on your phone when it's in selfie mode and you don't have to worry about remembering your lines. It's pretty awesome. You look directly at the camera, copy scrolls up, and you record. And there's a free version that's pretty cool, where the copy scrolls up and you can share your video right from the camera on all your social media stuff. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or whatever. We've been using it. We absolutely love it. We thought we'd share it with you. For all you folks out there that are doing video or want to do more video, we work with a bunch of retailers right now where they're talking about how do we do this in a real simple way. Bigvu is what we tell them about. We obviously aren't endorsing BigVu in, like, any literal sense. Try it out. It's a free app. We use it. We hope you like it. We're trying to bring you cool stuff. If you've got ideas, send them on to us. We'll feature them here on Tech Talk and share them with all of our folks. And until next time, we actually have a video app that we're going to show you next time that takes video to the whole new level. So stay tuned for the next one.
